Heavy Metal Band Exchanges Homosexual Kiss in Moscow in Defiance of Russian Law Protecting Children Against Homosexual Propaganda
By Julio Severo
Two male members of the German heavy metal
band Rammstei exchanged a homosexual kiss in front of a massive crowd in Moscow.
The kiss was in direct defiance of the Russian law protecting children and adolescents
against homosexual propaganda.
During a concert in Moscow on July 29, 2019,
Rammstein guitarists Paul Landers and Richard Kruspe kissed onstage in front of
a crowd of 81,000 at Luschniki stadium, Russia’s largest football stadium.
Passed in 2013 by President Vladimir
Putin, Russia’s gay propaganda law bans materials that would “[present]
distorted ideas about the equal social value of traditional and non-traditional
sexual relationships.” Condemned then by the Obama administration and the U.S.
mainstream media, the law essentially makes it illegal in Russia display or
promote any kind of propaganda of homosexuality in the presence of children and
adolescents.
The gesture of defiance was cowardly, because
while Muslims, who kill homosexuals, are invading Germany, the German heavy
metal band is offensively targeting a Russian law that does not order the
killing of homosexuals. It just protects children against the obvious
immorality of propaganda from homosexual predators.
If Rammstein wants to impact with a gesture
of defiance and courage, it should make a concert in Saudi Arabia and exchange a
homosexual kiss in Mecca in protest against Saudi laws banning all homosexual propaganda
to children and adults and the Saudi social custom of killing homosexuals.
The difference between Russia and Saudi
Arabia is that the German heavy metal band would be very lucky if it were not
jailed and whipped in Saudi Arabia for its offensive homosexual kiss. This is
why Rammstei chose to offend Russians, not Saudis.
In spite that the Russian law protecting
children from the propaganda of gay predators is hated by the left around the
world and especially the U.S. left, Franklin Graham, the son of the famous
evangelist Billy Graham and a spiritual adviser to U.S. President Donald Trump,
praised the Russian law. In a March 2014 cover story in Decision magazine,
published by the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Graham said,
“Isn’t it sad, though, that America’s own
morality has fallen so far that on this issue—protecting children from any
homosexual agenda or propaganda — Russia’s standard is higher than our own?”
It
was thought that with the defeat of Hillary Clinton and the victory of a
Republican candidate, America could at last also get a law banning homosexual
propaganda to children and get a partnership with Russia against the onslaught from
homosexual predators, but such expectation has not materialized. Even under Trump, the U.S. continues
promoting the homosexual agenda around the world.
