Fasting and Prayer for Brazil on March 29, 2021 Overthrew Foreign-Affair Minister Involved in Occult Fascism

By Julio Severo

Evangelical leaders achieved a great victory for Brazil on March 29, 2021, date they marked for fasting and prayer for Brazil.

Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro and evangelical leaders

According to a video that Pr. Silas Malafaia sent me, leaders representing all the evangelical churches in Brazil were with President Jair Bolsonaro on March 29, 2021 to officially deliver their fast and prayer for Brazil.

At the time, Bolsonaro said, “Fasting for Brazil. Prayers that change the destiny of a nation.”

In fact, prayers have changed everything, bringing as a great effect the fall, on the same day, from the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ernesto Araújo, known for admiring occultists.

For example, on former President Donald Trump, he said:

To try to understand Trump… you should read… the traditionalist master René Guénon (a major influence on Steve Bannon, former chief strategist of the White House and still central in the movement that brought Trump to the presidency). Guénon, writing in the 1920s, believed that the modern West had completely distanced itself from “tradition” (the spiritual core of all civilizations and which manifests itself differently, but consistently in each of them), becoming a well of materialism and ignorance, whose only principle is the denial of any spirituality.

A Frenchman converted to Islam and living in Egypt, Guénon believed that only Christianity, and specifically Catholicism, could perhaps regain a minimum of spirituality in the West and save it from complete annihilation in a deep dark age, because only the Catholic Church, according to him, preserved — although latent and incomprehensible by itself — the elements of the great tradition.

It’s impossible not to hear Guenonian echoes in Trump.

That is, Araújo saw that the main strength of Trump were occultists — or witches. In fact, he saw Trump only as a trampoline for the interests of occult fascists in government.

It seems left-wing tactic. In fact, in his article titled “Hijack and Pervert” in his personal blog Metapolítica, Araujo said,

“The tactic of the Left essentially consists in the following: to hijack legitimate causes and noble concepts and pervert them to serve their political scheme of total domination.”

Guénon adherents hijack everything and everyone for their occultist revolution. In the U.S., under Bannon they tried to hijack Trump. The book “Devil’s Bargain” said, “In the summer of 2016, Bannon described Trump as a ‘blunt instrument for us.’” In Brazil, Guénon adherents also see Bolsonaro as a blunt instrument for them.

But Trump eventually woke up to reality. Bannon, who has for Guénon the same sympathy that Araujo has, was expelled from the White House with all his baggage of occult traditionalism.

In Brazil, Guénon adherents are trying to hijack the conservative wave, which is predominantly evangelical, by saying that its creator is Olavo de Carvalho, an adherent of Guénon.

It is impossible to understand Araújo without understanding Julius Evola, Guénon and Carvalho, his main influences.

Araujo said, “Trump’s West is the deepest symbolic heritage of the nations that make it up. In this picture, God himself does not cease from being a symbol, the supersymbol.” He mentioned symbols several times in his article. He is just following his old teacher, Carvalho, who has written several occult books, including:

* Questões de Simbolismo Astrológico [Issues of Astrologic Symbolism]. São Paulo: Speculum. (1983)

* Astros e Símbolos [Stars and Symbols]. São Paulo: Nova Stella. (1985)

These are books linked to astrology, because Carvalho was a professional astrologer nationally known in Brazil in the 1970s and 1980s.

Although Araújo would correctly expose Marxist infiltration in society, his solution to solve this was to promote occult infiltration.

Araújo praised the “traditionalism” of Julius Evola, who was the guru of the Italian fascist dictator Benito Mussolini. Evola wrote several books defending the occult and the right-wing ideology. He was the most prominent disciple of the Islamic occultist René Guénon. So it is no surprise that he who indicated Araujo for government was Olavo de Carvalho, the most prominent disciple of Guénon in Brazil.

The admiration of Araújo for Evola was so great that he chose an Evola advocate as an examiner to approve new Brazilian diplomats.

From a spiritual point of view, Brazil was heading for fascism and disaster, just as Italy headed for fascism and disaster by following the advices of the right-wing occultist Evola.

Araújo provoked controversy when comparing Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro with Jesus Christ only because Bolsonaro gave Olavo de Carvalho the highest award of the Brazilian government. It was his supreme joy to see the most well-known adherent of Guénon in Brazil to be awarded.

Another controversy of Araújo, which was condemned by the Jews and Israel, was to equal communism and Nazism, as if fascism and communism were the same. If such a notion were correct, Araújo should be classified as a communist, because he is an admirer of Evola, guru of Italian fascism.

In his remark about Nazism and socialism, Araújo said,

“It’s a subject I say a lot and it’s a trend especially from the left. It takes a good thing, hijacks it and perverts it, turning it into a bad thing. I think that’s more or less what always happens to these totalitarian regimes. That is why I also say that… fascism and Nazism are a left-wing phenomenon.”

But in Nazism, ideological labels are surpassed by occult interests. It would have been more helpful if Araújo had confessed,

“It’s a subject I say a lot (when I mention Guénon and Evola) and it’s a trend especially from occultism. It takes a good thing, hijacks it and perverts it, turning it into a bad thing. I think that’s more or less what always happens to these totalitarian regimes. That is why I also say that… fascism and Nazism are an occult phenomenon.”

If he had made such remark, he would have got right. Evola was the author of right-wing handbooks, including “A Handbook for Right-Wing Youth.” He was also the author of several occult books, including “Introduction to Magic: Rituals and Practical Techniques for the Magus.”

Julius Evola tried to use Italian fascism to destroy communist infiltration in Italy. But he and Mussolini led Italy to disaster.

Likewise, Araujo tried to use Evola’s fascism to destroy communist infiltration in Brazil. He could not and he would never be able to do it. All he could do would be to bring disaster to Brazil.

Yet, God had mercy on Brazil and through the fasting and prayer of evangelical leaders Brazil was freed from Ernesto Araújo and his admiration for Julius Evola, René Guénon, Olavo de Carvalho and other witches, fascists and occultists.

The fall of Araújo was a great victory from the Brazilian conservative evangelical movement and its prayers and fasting. Many other adherents of Olavo de Carvalho have also fallen, especially by scandals. One of them, Roberto Alvim, became an international scandal. He was fired as the Brazilian top culture official after quoting Joseph Goebbels, Nazi Germany’s minister of propaganda, while talking about nationalist art in a video as Hitler’s favorite composer played in the background.

Different from what Guénon adherents say, Brazil is not facing only a communist infiltration. It is also facing an infiltration of occult fascism that, with the excuse of eliminating Marxism, seeks to deploy its own system of ideological indoctrination. This occult system sees the Protestant Reformation as so maleficent as Communism itself.

Only fasting and prayer may save Brazil from these two threats.

Carvalho and his bad influence on the Bolsonaro administration have been denounced by Silas Malafaia, the greatest evangelist in Brazil.

Despite that Carvalho poses as a great philosopher and has been a self-exiled immigrant in the U.S. for almost 20 years, he could not convince any American philosophical publisher to publish his books in English. But he managed to convince a poker player who has a tiny personal publishing house. To mix astrology with poker game to simulate philosophy or conservatism is a typical behavior of cheaters.

In contrast, I published my book “Prophetic Prayers: Daily Prayer Guide Based on the Book of Proverbs” by the Westbow Press, which belongs to Zondervan and Thomas Nelson, the greatest evangelical publishers in the U.S.

My engagement in the exposure of Carvalho’s occult movement is part of my prayer mission, which I have taken seriously for decades. Only prayer breaks the spell of cheaters.

What is happening in Brazil should be a warning to Christians around the world that we should always watch and pray — including against communist and esoteric threats.
