Constituent Sues GOP, Accusing the Party of Fraud

Constituent Sues GOP, Accusing the Party of Fraud

By Julio Severo
A retired attorney in Virginia Beach is so incensed that Republicans couldn’t repeal the Obama’s Affordable Care Act that he’s suing to get political donations back, accusing the GOP of fraud and racketeering.
Bob Heghmann, 70, filed a lawsuit Thursday in U.S. District Court, saying the national and Virginia Republican parties and some GOP leaders raised millions of dollars in campaign funds while knowing they weren’t going to be able to overturn Obama’s socialist law also known as Obamacare.
The GOP “has been engaged in a pattern of Racketeering which involves massive fraud perpetrated on Republican voters and contributors as well as some Independents and Democrats,” the suit said. Racketeering, perhaps better known for use in prosecuting organized crime, involves a pattern of illegal behavior by a specific group.
National GOP committee member Morton Blackwell said the suit is a “sign of conservative anger that the Republican-controlled Congress has not yet repealed and replaced Obamacare.”
He argued that “progressives” had taken over the Democratic Party and seemed to lament that “conservatives” had not yet taken over the Republican Party.
At last, a Republican leader recognizes that the Republican Party is not controlled by conservatives and it is not behaving as a conservative party.
“Too few conservatives are willing to invest their time, talent, and money and personally participate inside the Republican Party,” Blackwell said. “A Republican majority will mean a conservative majority if and when a sufficient number of conservatives figure out why the success of their principles depends on their personal involvement in local, state and national Republican Party committees and in party nomination contests.”
Heghmann’s suit argues that the national GOP raised more than $735 million and Virginia’s party more than $20 million from 2009 to 2016 in large part by promising to repeal the Affordable Care Act.
Heghmann said he has standing to sue the GOP because has been a contributor.
Heghmann’s suit states: “Now that the Republican Party has won the House, the Senate and the Presidency the effort it is making to Repeal and Replace Obamacare is itself a Fraud upon Republican Voters and Donors.”
The “pattern of racketeering” extended to the party’s response to Trump’s candidacy, his suit states. The GOP units raised money to push Obamacare repeal or Trump’s promises but “never intended to implement the Trump Agenda or fulfill the promises of the Republican Platform.”
Heghmann has given an excellent example, especially by clarifying that the GOP should be sued for not fulfilling the Trump Agenda or the promises of the Republican Platform.
The Trump Agenda was clearly anti-neocon, but the same GOP unwilling to defeat the socialist Obamacare is unwilling to implement anti-neocon measures.
Patrick J. Buchanan, a former adviser to Ronald Reagan, said, “The GOP Platform committee rejected a plank to pull the U.S. deeper into Ukraine, by successfully opposing new U.S. arms transfers to Kiev. Improved relations with Russia were what candidate Trump had promised, and what Americans would vote for in November.”
Under neocon pressure, the Trump administration has appointed Kurt Volker, a neocon who was the director of the McCain Institute, to head the Trump policy on Ukraine, guaranteeing the fulfillment of the neocon ambitions against Russia. Volker wants U.S. arms transfers to Kiev.
All of this is a clear sign the Republican Party is not behaving as a conservative party and that conservatives do not control the GOP.
Neocons did not help elect Trump. On the contrary, they opposed him. John McCain was the main neocon opposition to Trump.
So evangelicals should sue the GOP for capitulating to McCain and his neocons. They should sue the GOP for forcing Trump to follow the neocon agenda.
Neocons are engaged in blood-shedding of Christians in other nations. They should be stopped. Trump wanted to do it, but the pressure was too strong. Where are evangelicals and their holy voice and pressure?
Pressure works. When vice president Mike Pence was the Indiana governor, he approved the Religious Freedom Restoration Act to protect religious people from persecution by homosexual activists. But after widespread pressure and boycotts, including from big businesses such as Apple and Wal-Mart, Pence rolled back his religious freedom law. His cowardly changes marked the largest step toward special homosexual rights there in history, according to pro-family activists who studied the language of the changed law.
Today, according to Buchanan, Pence is a neocon who fully approves U.S. military meddling in Ukraine. But by doing it he is violating the original Trump agenda and GOP Platform.
Evangelical leaders, churches and organizations should sue Pence, or the GOP.
Volker, McCain and other neocons should be butted out from the Trump administration.
Recently, socialist Democrats and “conservative” Republicans, spurred by McCain, joined forces to impose more sanctions on Russia, which is a more conservative and Christian nation today. But they do not join forces to impose sanctions on the Islamic Saudis, who were responsible for the 9/11.
Daily Mail said Trump “signed the [sanctions] bill, which he wasn’t happy about, in private.” Trump is being forced to do the neocons’ will. Why do not U.S. evangelical leaders, churches and organizations resist and sue neocons? It is time to confront neocons in the Democratic Party and in the Republican Party.
Daily Mail also said that the sanctions bill contains provisions that “prevent the president from lifting [the sanctions] without approval from Congress — provisions that got drafted amid concerns Trump would lift or limit sanctions amid his frequent praise for Russian President Vladimir Putin and desire to improve ties between the two powers.”
The neocons in the Congress have tied Trump’s hands. Evangelical leaders, churches and organizations should helping Trump by suing the GOP for capitulating to the will of the neocons, Democrats and socialists and for forcing Trump to do the neocons’ will.
If McCain and his neocon hordes wanted to implement a neocon agenda in the U.S. government, especially affecting negatively Christians in other nations, he should have defeated Obama in 2008. He failed. He is not the president. And Pence should behave as Trump’s vice president, not as if he were McCain’s vice president.
If evangelicals wanted a neocon in the White House, they would have voted for McCain, not Trump. They chose Trump for his clearly anti-neocon speech.
Trump’s hands are tied by a Congress controlled by warmongering socialist Democrats and warmongering “conservative” Republicans who have capitulated to the neocons. What will evangelicals do to untie Trump?
It is time for evangelical leaders, churches and organizations to sue the GOP for the implementation of the original anti-neocon Trump Agenda.
U.S. evangelicals should also sue the GOP for the genocide of Christians in Syria and Iraq in the trail of U.S. interventions and invasions. Even Trump condemned the Bush invasion of Iraq.
It is time also for Christians around the world to pray that God may neutralize the neocons and their malevolent power in the U.S. government and in the U.S. military industrial complex.

Mike Pence praises Indonesia’s Islamic culture saying it should inspire other Muslim countries as he tours mosque with his shoes off

Mike Pence praises Indonesia’s Islamic culture saying it should inspire other Muslim countries as he tours mosque with his shoes off

Pence’s wife and daughters cover their heads with Islamic scarves at mosque

By Julio Severo
U.S. Vice President Mike Pence praised Indonesia’s Islamic culture last week alongside the president of the world’s most populous Muslim nation, reinforcing his message with a visit to the region’s largest mosque.
Mike Pence with Islamic leaders at mosque
“As the second- and third-largest democracies in the world, our two countries share many common values including freedom, the rule of law, human rights and religious diversity,” Pence said. “The United States is proud to partner with Indonesia. It promotes and protects these values.”
Pence added: “Indonesia’s tradition of moderate Islam frankly is an inspiration to the world and we commend you and your people. In your nation as in mine, religion unifies, it doesn’t divide.”
Even though these words seem to be Obama’s, they are not. Different from Obama, Pence presents himself as a solid evangelical.
Was Pence correct and fair in equalizing religion in the United States (the largest Protestant nation in the world) and religion in Indonesia (the largest Islamic nation in the world)? Was he correct and fair in saying that Islam in Indonesia unifies?
Was he correct and fair in saying that Islamic Indonesia and Christian America share many common values including freedom, the rule of law and human rights? Was he correct and fair in saying that Islamic Indonesia promotes and protects these values?
In his book “Persecuted: The Global Assault on Christians” (Thomas Nelson), Paul Marshall said:
On May 2, 2008, a mob from the predominantly Muslim village of Saleman attacked the mainly Christian village of Horale. They burned one hundred and twenty houses, three churches, and the village school, and injured fifty-six Christians and killed four. Three of the four murdered had their throats slit.
The Indonesian Protestant Church Union reports that religious violence against Christians almost doubled between 2010 and 2011.
For the 10 to 13 percent of the Indonesian population that is Christian, the greatest challenges to religious freedom come from social pressure, vigilantes, militias, and local government.
Indonesia has recently been plagued by attacks on churches. It is impossible even to recap them all, so here are some examples from just the first part of 2010, as summarized by the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom. On January 22, 2010, local residents joined with members of radical groups to torch both the Batak Protestant Church building (HKBP) and the pastor’s residence in Sibuhuan, North Sumatra. Also that day, the Pentecostal Church (Gereja Pantekosta di Indonesia) of Sibuhun, Tapanuli Selatan, North Sumatra Province, was also set afire.
So if Indonesia and the United States are equal in religious terms, why are not Protestant churches torching mosques and killing Muslims in the United States?
Yet, the fanciful comparison made by Pence was motivated by flattery, not reality. It was flattery just, as Pence said at a joint news conference with Indonesian President Jokowi Widodo, to strengthen U.S. commercial partnership with Indonesia.
Pence’s flattery surpassed all the limits of his evangelical faith. According to a DailyMail report:
“He and his family later visited the Istiqlal Mosque, the largest in Southeast Asia. The Pences removed their shoes at the entrance and his wife, Karen, and two daughters covered their heads with scarves.”
The Istiqlal Mosque can accommodate up to 200,000 Muslims.
Mike Pence, wife and daughters with Islamic leaders in front of mosque
To take off the shoes is a demonstration of deep respect. Only God, not Islam, deserves such respect. God told Moses:
“Take your sandals off your feet, for the place on which you are standing is holy ground.” (Exodus 3:5 ESV)
A mosque is not a holy ground and God’s presence is not in that place. A mosque is a place of Islam, and Islam is a religious ideology of violence.
You can take off your shoes where God is. But to take off your shoes in a place where God is offended is an insult to God. A Christian should never take off his shoes in a place where Islam is worshipped.
Daniel in Babylon kept a high government post without “taking off his shoes” to other gods. Islam is another god, and if Pence thinks that Islam in Indonesia and evangelicalism in the United States are the same, he is doing what Daniel did not: he is selling his Jesus for the sake of U.S. commercial interests.
Daniel never sold his God for the sake of Babylon’s commercial interests.
Adding insult to injury, Pence said his trip to Indonesia was to “strengthen economic ties and security cooperation in combating terrorism.” To fight terrorism?
Today, Islamic terrorism is the biggest global threat. How can Pence want the U.S. in a partnership with Islamic Indonesia to fight terrorism? Comparatively, how could the United States want a partnership with Nazi Germany to fight Nazism? How could the United States want a partnership with the Soviet Union to fight Soviet Marxism?
In the early days of his administration, U.S. President Donald Trump committed the same absurdity: He sent his CIA director to reward Saudi Arabia for fighting Islamic terror. In contrast, a CBN report said that Saudi Arabia spreads Islamic terror around the world, including ISIS, the biggest Islamic machine of genocide against Christians today.
Not surprisingly, Obama, who was so respectful of Islam as Pence has been in Indonesia, was credited, by Trump himself, as founder of ISIS.
To show deep respect for Islam is to help Islamic terror.
Last month, Saudi Arabia’s King Salman visited Indonesia to accelerate the expansion of Islam. Since 1980, Saudi Arabia has devoted millions of dollars to exporting its strict brand of Islam in Indonesia.
Saudi King Salman shakes hands with Indonesian President Joko Widodo
Saudi Arabia has built more than 150 mosques in Indonesia, a huge free university in Jakarta, and several Arabic language institutes; supplied more than 100 boarding schools with books and teachers; brought in preachers and teachers; and disbursed thousands of scholarships for graduate study in Saudi Arabia. All this adds up to a deep network of Saudi influence in Indonesia.
“As the country with the biggest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia will always have a special bond with Saudi Arabia,” Indonesian President Joko Widodo told King Salman.
Indonesia has a special bond with the terrorist state of Saudi Arabia. The United States has, for the sake of commercial interests, the same bond with Saudi Arabia. And the United States, previously under Obama and now under Trump, is strengthening Islam, which kills about 100,000 Christians a year. With a future Islam strengthened by Pence, Obama, Trump and other American “Christians,” many more Christians will be slaughtered. America is feeding a powerful anti-Christian monster.
Indonesia has a special bond with the United States, through Barack Hussein Obama.
Obama lived in Indonesia, in the late 1960s, because his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, after divorcing Barack Obama Sr. (a Marxist Muslim), moved to Indonesia after marrying another Muslim: Indonesian Lolo Soetoro.
In Indonesia, Obama studied in an Islamic school.
According to Wayne Madsen, not only Dunham worked to CIA, including in a cover operation in Indonesia through the population control agency USAID, but her son Obama was a CIA creation.
U.S. conservatives voted for Trump-Pence ticket because they were tired of Obama taking his shoes off for Islam. What has changed? When the neocon’s agenda is followed, pro-Islamic speeches and partnerships are common, regardless if the follower is Democratic or Republican, left-wing or right-wing.
Saudi Arabia is spreading its violent religion through government efforts. If Pence actually thinks that Jesus Christ is important, why does not he behave as Daniel did, spreading His Gospel and taking off his shoes only for Jesus, never for Islam?
For the sake of commercial interests, a godless American can hypocritically partner with Islam to fight Islamic terror. But for the sake of Jesus, a Christian cannot behave hypocritically. Daniel did not so in his high government post and he was honored by God.
Partnership with Islam, especially against Russia, is a persistent objective of neocons, who are unable to see the future. Some decades ago, a group of Indonesians said, “Back in the fifties he [Arnold Toynbee] predicted that the real war in the next century would not be between Communists and capitalists, but between Christians and Muslims.”
For this future war, neocons are strengthening Muslim interests, not Christian interests.
Does Pence want honor from neocons and Islamic leaders or from God?
If Daniel could honor God in his high government post in the Babylonian Empire, why cannot Pence honor Jesus in his high government post in the American Empire?
If anti-evangelical left-wing Obama deserved to be rebuked for praising Islam, what does evangelical right-wing Pence deserve?

Trump Administration Shows Progressive Response to the Gay Agenda

Trump Administration Shows Progressive Response to the Gay Agenda

By Julio Severo
Conservative leaders have questioned President Donald Trump’s decision to uphold an executive order signed by Barack Obama granting special rights to homosexuals in the federal government.
Yet, Vice-President Mike Pence, who is known as a pro-life fighter, has backed Trump’s decision.
“I think throughout the campaign, President Trump made it clear that discrimination would have no place in our administration,” Pence said.
“Discrimination” talk was basically the same strategy Obama and Hillary used to promote the gay agenda.
“He was the very first Republican nominee to mention the LGBTQ community at our Republican National Convention and was applauded for it. And I was there applauding with him,” added Pence.
If Pence brags that Trump was the first Republican candidate to praise the LGBTQ community, Obama was the first president to appoint a special envoy for the homosexual agenda. How does Pence expect Trump to surpass Obama? Or will Trump will be satisfied only to keep Obama’s homosexualist orders intact?
Even though Pence is touted for his pro-life advocacy, he has confirmed that Obama’s homosexualist laws are fine for him and Trump.
Peter LaBarbera, president of Americans For Truth About Homosexuality (AFTAH), has said that such laws are not fine for conservative Christians and the Bible.
What good will be for the United States to have a pro-life president and a pro-life vice president who uphold homosexualist laws and lead the world into a massive homosexual chaos through the bad example of their empire?
If Trump and his vice president succeed in the fight against abortion, but fail against the gay agenda, the defeat will be devastating for family and society. It took only sodomy, not abortion, for a whole society, Sodom and Gomorrah, to be destroyed. It will take no less for America to be destroyed.
Their stance on the gay agenda is not a good thing for America now and her future. And it is not good for the world, because America is an empire that guides the world as a model for better or worse.
When he was the Indiana governor, Pence approved the Religious Freedom Restoration Act to protect religious people from persecution by gay activists. But after widespread pressure and boycotts, including from big businesses such as Apple and Wal-Mart, Pence rolled back his religious freedom law. His cowardly changes marked the largest step toward special homosexual rights there in history, according to pro-family activists who studied the language.
Trump has no history of fighting the gay agenda. Pence has a shameful history of backtracking on his fight against the gay agenda.
The only hope now seems to be Neil Gorsuch, who was appointed by Trump to the U.S. Supreme Court. Gorsuch has been greeted with jubilation as a pro-gun, pro-life, conservative, etc.
But if the church he attends is a sign of a man’s spirituality, the coming cultural storms will be relentless.
A DailyMail report reveals that Gorsuch’s own church, St. John’s Episcopal Church in Boulder, Colorado, is a hotbed of liberal thinking — and is led by a feminist pastor, Rev. Susan Springer, 58, who proudly attended the anti-Trump Women’s March the day after the President’s inauguration.
Springer, who is a registered Democrat, has said she is pro-gay “marriage” and offers blessings to same sex couples.
Gorsuch was brought up as a Catholic by his mother Ann, and attended an elite all boys Catholic school in Washington D.C. run by the Jesuit order.
The New York Times reported that he had become an Episcopalian while attending Oxford University as a postgraduate.
Yet, a conservative Christian always attends a conservative Christian church. Without exception.
Trump seems to have the same problem: he attends a liberal Presbyterian church. The advantage is that Franklin Graham and charismatic televangelists whose advices he receives are conservative.
I do not know which evangelical church Pence attends, but to backtrack on the gay agenda and to uphold Obama’s homosexualist orders is not conservatism. It is to help the same depraved agenda left-wingers like Obama and Hillary were already helping.

Holocaust, Abortion and Sodomy

Holocaust, Abortion and Sodomy

By Julio Severo
The March for Life, a huge pro-life event in Washington DC, drew support from evangelicals and Catholics who want to ban the crime of abortion in America.
Abortion was officially legalized in the United States, the largest Protestant nation in the world, in 1973, while the cowardly Republican administration of Richard Nixon was drafting the infamous NSSM 200, the confidential U.S. government guide for the CIA and other agencies to promote population-control ideas and services worldwide, including through the United Nations.
The March for Life was held on January 27, the same date of the International Holocaust Memorial Day. Rev. Franklin Graham, the son of the famous evangelist Billy Graham said,
“Today is International Holocaust Memorial Day, a day set aside to remember the 6 million innocent Jews murdered by Hitler—gassed, experimented on, shot, and worked to death. Many observe that Hitler could’ve been stopped before so many lives were lost. But we have another #holocaust taking place in this world today—it’s called abortion. Over 58 million abortions have been performed legally in the U.S. since Roe v. Wade in 1973.”
Vice President Mike Pence also took part in the March for Life. This was the first time in the U.S. history that a vice-president took part in such event for the human rights of U.S. babies. But why cannot conservative presidents directly take part and show their support for life and babies?
If I were a U.S. president, I would take part. And when abortion was legalized, Nixon should resign in protest against the national disgrace of legal abortion. He did not it for life, but eventually he was forced to resign over his own personal and political disgrace.
Graham said,
“Rather than looking back and wishing we had done something, let’s work to end the horror of abortion in this country now before tens of thousands more innocent lives are selfishly ended.”
In 1974, thousands of pro-lifers filled the streets of Washington DC to stand against legal abortion. Pro-life marches are held in Washington DC for decades. But, 44 years later, abortion remains intact and unabated slaughtering hundreds and hundreds of thousands of American babies, even though the pro-life movement has been fighting year after year, under socialist and conservative presidents.
Prayer is necessary against the culture of contraception and slaughter, because while contraception is not seen as an accomplice of abortion, the slaughter of the innocent will continue.
Peter LaBarbera, the founder and president of American for the Truth about Homosexuality, asked an interesting question while he was marching for life:
“Hey everyone I’m at the March for Life in Washington and I am so encouraged by the momentum for turning back abortion. At the same time, I’m saddened by the contrast between the life movement and the movement to stop Big Gay and Big Trans. It’s wonderful to see all these young people charged up about defending life. My question is: how can we capture that same spirit to save marriage and turn back the normalization of homosexuality and gender confusion in the USA?”
He added:
“The sad part is: even a lot of good people have given up on the latter fight, as evidenced by the many people I’ve talked to in recent weeks—even some pro-life activists—who say Obergefell (SCOTUS’s imposition of same-sex ‘marriage’) will never be reversed. It’s God’s truth, not ours, and we must never give up on it!!”
LaBarbera is right, because President Donald Trump seems to show no willingness to reverse Obama’s homosexualist laws, especially the infamous gay “marriage.” And his vice-president, who is a pro-life evangelical, has a sad history of weakness in face of the aggressive homosexual pressure.
If Trump and his vice president succeed in the fight against abortion, but fail against the gay agenda, the defeat will be devastating for family and society. It took only sodomy, not abortion, for a whole society, Sodom and Gomorrah, to be destroyed. It will take no less for America to be destroyed, especially because Obama put the U.S. in the leading role in the global promotion of homosexual activism.
Sodom and Gomorrah were punished for the homosexual sins they committed against themselves. America will be punished by the homosexual sins she has been committing against herself and against other nations.
“What happened to Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities near them is an example for us of the punishment of eternal fire. The people of these cities suffered the same fate that God’s people and the angels did, because they committed sexual sins and engaged in homosexual activities.” (Jude 1:7 GW)
Abortion is the holocaust of the unborn.
The legal acceptance of sodomy is the holocaust of family and society survival, in the same altar where homosexual priests in the past sacrificed babies to Baal and other demons.

Indiana “Cowardly” Republican Governor Backs Down, Christians Lose, Gay Activists Win

Indiana “Cowardly” Republican Governor Backs Down, Christians Lose, Gay Activists Win

By Julio Severo
Facing widespread pressure and boycotts, including from big businesses such as Apple and Wal-Mart, and facing the threat of big stores and factories leaving Indiana, its Republican governor, Mike Pence, rolled back his new religious freedom law.
Indiana Republican Governor Mike Pence
Pence has been accused by pro-family leaders of gutting the religious freedom law. Paraphrasing the Guardian, which called Pence a “cowardly,” we could say, “So if you’re going to be against the onslaught of the gay agenda, why be a coward about it? You’d have to ask Mike Pence.”
The law changed by Pence went too far in the opposite direction and is now the first Indiana state law that explicitly mentions sexual orientation and gender identity — terms that are war flag of the homosexual movement. The change has been celebrated even by homosexual activists in Brazil, whose gay parades are the largest in the world.
The governors of New York and Connecticut, who had imposed bans on state officials traveling to Indiana as a symbol of their opposition to the religious freedom law, lifted those bans on Saturday in response to the change in the law.
The Arkansas Republican governor, who was to pass a similar religious freedom law, retreated too.
Amid the conservative defeat in Indiana, the Republican governors of Michigan and North Dakota also want to pass laws to protect homosexuality.
Homosexual activists are taking advantage of their victories in Indiana and Arkansas into further advancing pro-homosexuality laws throughout the United States.
Pat Buchanan forcefully condemned defeatism among social conservatives and rejected retreat or even compromise. Instead, the one-time presidential contender and Reagan White House aide urged Christians to put the laws of God above the laws of man.
“This battle can be won, but it cannot be won if we do not stand our ground and fight against this moral onslaught from the left.”
“The LGBT militants are not asking to be left alone,” he said. “They are demanding that we accept the morality of homosexuality and same-sex marriages, and manifest that acceptance, under pain of law and sanctions, in our daily lives.”
Buchanan added, “As the Romans demanded of the Christians, the LGBT fanatics want us to burn incense to their gods. The answer is no. If it comes to civil disobedience, so be it.”
Michael Brown, an expert who holds a Ph.D. from New York University and has researched and written a number of books on homosexuality, says he is not surprised by the reaction of Republican politicians. And, like Buchanan, Brown warns Christians will have no choice but to resist or submit.
“This is what we’ve been saying for years. Those who came out of the closet now want to put us in the closet,” he said.
Republican presidential candidates such as Jeb Bush are also shifting their positions. According to audio tapes obtained by the New York Times, the former Florida governor told a meeting of donors “we shouldn’t discriminate based on sexual orientation.” Bush has been praised by homosexual magazine Washington Blade.
The changes to Indiana’s Religious Freedom Restoration Act, or RFRA, erode the freedom of conscience for most business owners in the state and mark the largest step toward special homosexual rights there in history, according to pro-family activists who studied the language.
Matt Barber, founder and editor-in chief of barbwire.com, said about change of the Indiana law, “What was designed to defend people of faith against being discriminated against and bullied will, instead, codify anti-religious discrimination and bullying into law. It will unconstitutionally force people of faith, under penalty of law, to affirmatively violate their sincerely held religious conscience. It has been turned into a weapon that compels people of faith to disobey God or face government sanction. This is unacceptable.”
American Family Association’s Bryan Fischer remarked, “The revised language has now been released, and it’s even worse than we thought. The new language forces Christian bakers to bake cakes in violation of their faith and conscience. Gov. Pence tried to fix something that wasn’t broken, and he broke it. The ‘cure’ in this case is far worse than the non-existent disease.”
“This language is unacceptable. It actually reverses the progress of the religious freedom law,” said Americans for Truth About Homosexuality President Peter LaBarbera.
LaBarbera clarified that Christian bakers do not want to refuse cakes to homosexual customers, but they do not want to be forced to bake cakes with symbols affirming the homosexual lifestyle.
“Let’s take the example of the wedding cake baker,” he said. “They have a wedding cake. They sell wedding cakes to everybody, including homosexuals, but they don’t want to make, create or use their talents to create a gay marriage wedding cake. So if someone comes in and says, ‘I would like a gay marriage wedding cake,’ according to this language, they would not be able to dent that service. That’s the exact opposite of religious freedom.”
“This is the equivalent of asking a Jewish guy to make a cake for (former Ku Klux Klan official) David Duke, right? You would never expect a Jewish photographer, for example, to have to take pictures at a Ku Klux Klan rally or a neo-Nazi rally,” he said. “You should not expect people of faith to endorse a pro-homosexual marriage if they believe that homosexual marriage is sinful.”
If a black baker is asked to bake a cake with racist symbols, he should have the right to refuse. If a Muslim baker is asked to make a Christian or homosexual cake, he should have the right to refuse. Why have Christians no right to refuse to bake a cake with immoral symbols that violate their faith?
LaBarbera said a great deal of the blame for the hysteria in Indiana belongs at the feet of the news media, which, he said, are not even pretending to cover this story objectively.
“This is a media-generated crisis, the media working with gay activists,” he said. “The mainstream media have become part of the gay lobby almost. An incredible hysteria has been whipped up against Indiana.”
The hysteria, the firestorm of malicious opposition, the barrage of criticism, pressure and boycotts faced by Indiana, before its allegedly conservative Republican governor decided to capitulate, was the same climate faced by Russia after Russians had passed a 2013 law to protect children.
The Indiana law was not as daring as the Russian law, which protects children and teens from the harmful homosexual propaganda. The massive hysterical response against Indiana shows what these same groups did to Russia. According to Rev. Scott Lively, the Ukraine crisis and the U.S. boycotts against Russia came from these groups.
I wonder what would happen if Indiana banned homosexual propaganda to children. What massive crisis would these groups, especially Washington and the presstitute, use against Indiana?
Russians have not backed down. They have not been cowardly. However, sadly, the Republican governor and his conservative allies in Indiana have retreated, and as a result a law originally designed to protect Christians from homosexual bullying now advances the gay agenda.
I also wonder why Apple, Washington and the presstitute have never applied to Saudi Arabia, which tortures and kills homosexuals, the same hysteria, the firestorm of malicious opposition, the barrage of criticism, pressure and boycotts they applied to Indiana, and Russia.
Now, if a homosexual asks a cake with homosexual symbols, the poor Christian bakers in Indiana have no choice. If they refuse, the new law will be relentless to them.
If a homosexual asks bakers in Saudi Arabia for the same cake with homosexual symbols, he is finished. It will be his last request in this life.
Now, it would be interesting to see what would happen if a Saudi customer in America asked a homosexual baker for a cake with Islamic symbols against homosexuality.
Which side would Apple, Washington and the presstitute choose?
Which side would suffer hysteria, a firestorm of malicious opposition, a barrage of criticism, pressure and boycotts?
The side of money?
Apple has many stores in the Saudi Islamic dictatorship.
The Saudi laws against homosexuality and against homosexuals have never been a problem to Apple, which has multimillion-dollar trade deals with Saudi Arabia.
Why has Apple a double standard between American Christians and Saudi Muslims?
Why have the U.S. government and the presstitute a double standard between Christian Orthodox Russia and Islamic Saudi Arabia about homosexuality?
Bryan Fischer, Pat Buchanan, Scott Lively, Matt Barber, Peter LaBarbera, Dr. Michael Brown and other prominent pro-family leaders gave warning, but Republican governors and leaders, who are elected by their constituents to defend conservative and pro-family values, did not listen to them.
They listened to Apple, Obama and the leftist mass media.
What is the point of electing Republican and allegedly conservative politicians if after their election they do not give attention to their constituents and do not prioritize or even respect pro-family and conservative values?
What is the point of electing cowardly individuals unable to keep their conservative promises and show courage when faced by massive onslaughts of the Left?
