America needs a conservative stronger than Rick Perry

America needs a conservative stronger than Rick Perry

By Julio Severo
Strong conservatism is in the roots of America. Her founders were the Pilgrims: Evangelicals with strong moral and biblical values.
Yet, today, America has in her presidency a man that is an inversion of her original values. And, not surprisingly, America is in powerful moral, spiritual and financial troubles.
Notwithstanding her deep financial crisis, America under Barack Obama is determined to keep investing in abortion, not only in America, but worldwide. There has been little protection for the America society against this crisis, which has hit American families hard. But abortion investments have been under powerful protection by the US government. Child-killing is top priority in US politics.
NSSM 200, a 1974 White House classified population-control document (declassified in 1989), gave the US a central and secret role of promoting worldwide abortion and contraception. No nation on the earth, not even the Soviet Union, has fought so much against the unborn worldwide as America has.
Whatever was her calling in her founding, involving stalwart Christians like the Pilgrims, since NSSM 200 America has acquired another calling: making the worldwide killing of the unborn and contraception as normal as apple-pie.
It has worked. Decades after NSSM 200, the Soviet Union has fallen, but abortion imperialism has been advancing, regardless of crisis and opposition, with incredible US protection and impetus.
Perhaps there may also be some secret pro-sodomy NSSM 200, because no nation on the earth has promoted sodomy worldwide more than America has. Sodomy is top priority in US politics. No crisis has kept America from being committed to her filthy calling — a calling that would have distressed the Pilgrims. If they had foreseen America in the future, they might just have changed their minds and returned to England.
Obama is not a president who “changed” America. Wholeheartedly committed to the unborn-killing and sodomy values he has kept America right on her NSSM 200 tracks.
America has invested billions in spreading the contagion of abortion and sodomy — her own society and the whole world. No crisis, financial or otherwise, diverts her from her filthy calling.
For those agreeing with the Pilgrims, America needs a president as strong in righteousness as Obama is strong in wickedness.
In my view, Rick Perry is unable to fulfill this role. He has supported Al Gore in the past. He signed into law an anti-“homophobia” bill in Texas. And he has decreed compulsory Gardasil vaccination for girls in schools. Gardasil is intended to fight HPV, a condition common in sexually promiscuous people. So Perry has treated all Texan girls as potentially promiscuous, giving their parents no choice to avoid this tyrannical decision made under the pretext of health. This attitude was worthy of a liberal Democrat.
Oh, some might say that Perry is now a “changed” man. I have posted on my Portuguese blog some of his recent antiabortion initiatives. But in Brazil, when a candidate does a lot of “good” things in an electoral season, his interest is to conquer voters.
Yet, his real conservatism showed up when New York passed same-sex “marriage”. Perry said, “It is fine for them”.
No, it is not fine for anyone if another state or nation passes abortion, sodomy and other evils. If a nation chooses them, it is bad and it should be publicly chastised. Such is the appropriate attitude of a real conservative. And, as Christians, if we are unable to lead people to Christ because of their stubborn refusal, at least we are called to warn them about the destructive ways threatening their lives and families.
If some politicians manage to pass same-sex “marriage” in Texas, would it be “fine” to Perry? If so, as a president it would be just bad if he saw it as “fine”.
US abortion and sodomy politics, which have wrought untold havoc around the world, have been promoted by US presidents of enormous immoral fiber, especially Obama. To counter such massive attacks against families, nations and their moral sovereignty takes men of enormous moral fiber.
I do not know what America can do to counter the child-killing and sodomy mire she has gotten herself and the world into. But certainly she needs a conservative stronger than Rick Perry.

Bible message on sodomy censored in Brazil

Bible message on sodomy censored in Brazil

By Julio Severo
Brazil is the land of the provocative women, who are shown even in billboards, with no censorship. But billboards with Bible messages were removed last Saturday, by order from judiciary officials in the city of Ribeirão Preto, in the state of São Paulo.
The billboards, sponsored by House of Prayer Christian Church, said,
“If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination.” (Leviticus 20:13 ESV)
“For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error.” (Romans 1:26-27 ESV)
“Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out,” (Acts 3:19 ESV)
Allegedly, the messages were removed because on Sunday the gay parade would happen and its organizers were offended by the Bible verses in the billboards.
Yet, in the gay parade in the São Paulo city, Catholic saints were portrayed in indecent positions, and its slogan was a Bible passage, “Love one another,” that has no relation with homosexual sex. Catholics and other Christians were offended by the gay misrepresentation of Catholic saints and the Bible, but judiciary officials took no action against those that made such abuses.
In his decision against the Bible billboards, Judge Aleksander Coronado Braido da Silva declared that “the Federal Constitution protects the behavior of the defendant (House of Prayer of Ribeirão Preto) of expressing its personal views, but, at the same time, it also protects the intimacy, honor and image of people when they are dishonored”.
Mostly Catholic Ribeirão Preto has a population of about 500,000. According to the latest census, there are just 500 gay couples living in the city. But gay groups say that homosexuals are 20% of the local population, a number two times higher than the 10% used by the fraudulent research of Alfred Kinsey. Honest research today appoints no more than 2% of homosexuals in the general population.
According to Jornal A Cidade, a local online newspaper of Ribeirão Preto, just 5,000 people took part in the local gay parade, an event openly offensive in Brazil, with gay sex acts, drugs, violence and drunkenness. But this minority is entitled to offend the general population, with deceptions and depravity, and is entitled to get official protection from “offensive” messages containing nothing else than truth.
Notwithstanding the Bible messages removed, local gay militants said that they dislike censorship. “People may even voice their views, provided they do not offend the gay movement”, said Fábio de Jesus Silva, president of the gay NGO Arco-íris.
Yet, House of Prayer did not express its own views. They just put on billboards statements contained originally in Bible. And they were censored, for the sake of gay sensibilities.
How not to offend them?
If you cannot criticize their behavior, you are left only with the right to remain silent or affirm their lifestyle. This is just what the Anglican Church in Ribeirão Preto did: it participated in the gay parade.
Local Anglican archbishop Ricardo Lorite de Lima said that his church was available to make religious ceremonies of same-sex “marriage”. “Our church has the stance of embracing everybody, because they are children of God, with no discrimination. If some couple is interested in receiving a blessing, they just should come to us”, he said.
“In 2008, we passed a resolution where we accept the ordination of homosexuals”, the Anglican leader said, also criticizing the Bible message on the billboards of Ribeirão Preto: “There are several Bible passages that are translated out of the context, and today there is a Bible reinterpretation called inclusive. We have several theologians with different and updated views of the Bible”.
In interview with Julio Severo, Rev. Antonio Hernandez Lopes, of House of Prayer, said that he will pursue legal action to restore the Bible messages on the billboards. His view is that in a free society the church should be free to denounce any sin. In fact, churches traditionally denounce adultery, fornication, drug and alcohol abuse and other sins, and no church has ever been accused of inciting hate and violence against adulterers, fornicators, drug and alcohol addicts, etc.
Apparently, homosexuality has been singled out by the world powers for special protection and privileges, banning the right, religious and otherwise, to denounce it.
Rev. Lopes challenges churches to be prayerfully united against these world powers, which want to impose a “sacred” status for sodomy on society and church.

Brazilian city council imposes fine for inducing children into homosexuality

Brazilian city council imposes fine for inducing children into homosexuality

SÃO JOSE DOS CAMPOS, Brazil, August 15, 2011 (LifeSiteNews.com) - The city council of São José dos Campos (Saint Joseph of the Fields) in the state of São Paulo, Brazil, has passed an ordinance imposing a fine equivalent to 620 USD on anyone distributing materials designed to induce children to become homosexuals, according to Brazilian media sources.
The measure is meant to prevent the federal government from reintroducing a controversial “anti-homophobia” program that was withdrawn by the administration of President Dilma Rousseff in May, following protests against its sexually explicit content by Evangelicals and Catholics in the National Congress.
The program, called “Schools Without Homophobia,” is currently being revised and is expected to be reintroduced soon. Although President Dilma has expressed her intention to remove objectionable videos that sought to justify the homosexual lifestyle in a graphic manner, opponents of the program remain doubtful.
José Luis Nunes, a regional coordinator of the Catholic Church’s national Fraternity Campaign, expressed his support for the measure, telling the UOL press agency that “the MEC (Ministry of Education) shouldn’t impose this type of situation on people.”
“The issue wasn’t even internally resolved (in the MEC).  This material, in my opinion, is totally prejudicial and inopportune for society,” he added.
Proponents of homosexualist sex education claimed the bill, which now passes to the city’s mayor for his approval, is “homophobic” and “unconstitutional.”

Under government pressure, Brazilian Congress passes weakened bill against Indian infanticide

Under government pressure, Brazilian Congress passes weakened bill against Indian infanticide

Bill created to eliminate failure to report infanticide now shuts its eyes to it

By Julio Severo
Under pressure from the administration of President of Brazil Dilma Rousseff, the Brazilian House of Representatives has critically debilitated a bill establishing criminal accountability from health agents and agents of Funai (Brazilian acronym for National Indian Foundation, which supposedly should protect Indians) considered “neglectful” in cases of infanticide in tribes.
The custom of burying children alive, or to abandon them to die in forests, persists until today in several Brazilian tribes. Babies are chosen to die for several reasons, from being born with a physical handicap to being twin or single mother’s son. The main reason for those murders is the sorcerer’s decision. Being a spiritual leader over Indians, his decisions of life or death are obeyed in the highest degree.
The freedom that the State grants Indian spiritual leaders is a freedom that the State would never allow among Christian spiritual leaders. No Catholic priest or evangelical minister has protection under the law to decide the death of members of their churches. But in the Indian spiritual leader’s case, that “authority” is inviolable.
Funai refuses to comment on its reasons to prevent their agents and health agents from being held criminally accountable. The original bill draft, which protected Indian children, had the official support from evangelical and Catholic congressmen.
In the backstage, Funai, which is a state agency directly subordinate to the Brazilian government, worked, with CNBB (Brazilian Catholic Bishops’ Conference), to weaken the bill original draft with the argument that it would create an improper interference and it would reinforce “prejudice” against Indians.
The government logic is crazy: it wants to intervene brazenly in the freedom of Christians, under the excuse that murders of homosexuals in areas of drugs and prostitution are caused by the “prejudice” from Christians. And it wants no intervention against Indian sorcerers, who directly order babies’ murders, to protect Indians from “prejudice.” That is the logic of Nero, which protects murderers and blame Christians for murders that they have never committed.
Health agents have the state function of “visiting” Brazilians from house to house and registering, supposedly for health objectives, how many people live in a house, what they do, etc. If there are children, monitoring is much deeper, leading to intrusive inquiries about education and “health”, including an inspection to verify if children received all the vaccines. They don’t have any freedom to be “neglectful” when, in their prying task and surveillance, they meet Christian families that don’t vaccinate their children or that homeschool them. In those circumstances, they are forced to report the “criminal” families.
But, as far as Indian tribes are concerned, the State failure in monitoring has become standard, especially over children whose lives are under threat. In that case, health agents and Funai agents are free to be “neglectful” and to pretend that they didn’t see anything when they witnessed an Indian sorcerer’s insane decision condemning Indian babies to death.

São Paulo city council approves Heterosexual Pride Day to confront Gay Pride

São Paulo city council approves Heterosexual Pride Day to confront Gay Pride

SÃO PAULO, Brazil, August 4, 2011 (LifeSiteNews.com) - South America’s largest city, which hosts what is reported to be the wold’s largest ‘gay pride’ march, is set to have an official “Heterosexual Pride Day” every third Sunday in December. The city council has approved the measure and it awaits the mayor’s signature.
The legislation was authored by Evangelical Councilman Carlos Apolinário, a member of the Democrats Party, who said his intent was not to discriminate against homosexuals but rather as a counter to the “excesses and privileges” of the homosexual community, and to “raise awareness and encourage the public to safeguard the morals and good customs” of the Municipality of São Paulo.
Heterosexual Pride Day is “not anti-gay, but a protest against the privileges the gay community enjoys,” Apolinário told the media.
São Paulo, a city of 20 million, is home to what has been described as the world’s largest “gay pride” march, with, according to Brazilian tourism authorities, more than 3 million homosexuals attending the event on Paulista Avenue in 2011.
Apolinário pointed out that Paulista Avenue, one of the main thoroughfares in the city, is used by the homosexuals for their parade, but the “March for Jesus,” organized by a major evangelical protestant ministry in Brazil and attracting an equal number of participants, is not allowed on the same avenue.
“I respect gays and I am against any kind of aggression made against them,” Apolinario said. “I have no trouble coexisting with gays as long as their behavior is normal.”
Unlike the March for Jesus, usually held three days before the annual homosexual march, the Gay Parade is frequently marred by violence between participants, according to Brazilian homosexual news outlets.
Homosexual marchers at the event routinely report numerous robberies and thefts, mostly of cameras, cell phones, and wallets. Drug abuse is “explicit” according to the newspaper Folha de Sao Paulo, particularly the use of the aphrodisiac drug “ecstasy”.
G Online (the web version of G Magazine, a Brazilian homosexual publication), noted that in a previous year’s march, “the G Online team, which covered the event throughout the day and throughout the march route, investigated various unpleasant scenes along the avenue. Shoving, fights, drunkenness and thefts were common during the Parade.”
In contrast, the Brazilian media reported no criminal incidents during the March for Jesus.
Sao Paulo Mayor Gilberto Kassab must sign the legislation before it becomes official. Kassab told the media he will study the bill but would not comment on whether he supports the measure.
