Lesbian Minister Becomes President of National Abortion Federation

Lesbian Minister Becomes President of National Abortion Federation

By Julio Severo
A female minister of the Episcopal Church has been appointed as the new president of the National Abortion Federation (NAF).
Katherine Ragsdale
“Abortion providers are some of my personal heroes and modern-day saints,” Rev. Katherine Ragsdale said upon news of her permanent appointment.
NAF is an abortion training and advocacy group whose work openly defies the Bible Ragsdale affirms to believe, because the Bible clearly teaches Jesus came to give abundant life and only Satan gives death, including through abortion. True Christian teachings defend life, not death.
Openly gay, in 2011 Ragsdale married fellow Episcopal priest, Mally Lloyd.
Christians have been horrified at the appointing of a female minister to such a prominent position in the abortion industry.
According to World Magazine, at a 2007 gathering of pro-abortion supporters, the female minister made her stance abundantly clear, declaring: “Abortion is a blessing and our work is not done.”
Ragsdale is an Episcopal priest whose work in abortion advocacy goes back many years.
According to her biography at NAF, Ragsdale has promoted abortion in front of numerous state legislatures and spoke at the 2004 March for Women’s Lives in Washington, D.C. She also served on the national board of the Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice, a pro-abortion group that uses clergy to try to legitimize the killing of unborn babies in abortions.
“Rev. Ragsdale has preached about how abortion is a blessing and has been active in clinic defense work and other activities to support abortion providers for more than 35 years,” her biography states.
Ragsdale will have a substantial salary as the head of NAF. The group’s previous CEO and president, Vicki Saporta, earned a salary of $392,018 back in 2017.
Even though the role of Ragsdale as a lesbian in an abortion industry is fitting, because both homosexuality and abortion are destructive, her role as a lesbian is incompatible with Christianity, because Jesus delivers people from homosexual demons and sins. He never empowers people to live in sin.
Her role as a female minister is incompatible with the Bible, because Jesus calls older women to teach younger women to value marriage and home life. The Bible says,
“Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled.” (Titus 2:3-5 ESV)
A real female minister teaches young women to value unborn and born babies, who are an indispensable part of the natural career God has chosen for women.
Evidently, abortion is often used as a demonic option to kill babies who are seen as obstacles for professional ambitions.
A real woman of God teaches young women to value their natural career and babies. An old lesbian involved in a destructive behavior and defying God by teaching and supporting young women to kill their babies is obviously working for Satan, not God.
Rev. Katherine Ragsdale was ordained by the Episcopal Church, which has embraced feminism and Liberation Theology. The Episcopal Church has also appointed a female minister to serve at Christ Church, a Protestant church founded by George Washington. Originally, Christ Church was conservative.
