US ambassador helped Islamic groups against Syrian Christians

US ambassador helped Islamic groups against Syrian Christians

By Julio Severo
My last article on Christopher Stevens, the U.S. ambassador murdered in Libya, revealed that he was a homosexual. But now WND has brought a story saying that he played a central role in recruiting jihadists to fight Bashar al-Assad’s regime in Syria:
http://www.wnd.com/2012/09/sources-slain-u-s-ambassador-recruited-jihadists/?cat_orig=us
Chris Stevens: homosexuality and Islamic plots
As WND has shown (http://www.wnd.com/2012/06/what-to-do-about-syria/), Syrian rebels have al-Qaeda support and they want to exterminate Christians in Syria. Joseph Farah said, “If the Assad regime falls, it will mean genocide for the Christian community. In fact, the escalating rebellion is already taking its toll on Syrian Christians.”
What is the US doing getting involved with al-Qaeda and helping them plot Christian slaughter???
US ambassadors getting involved with Islamic groups.
US ambassadors involved with homosexuality.
“Make no mistake about this: You can never make a fool out of God. Whatever you plant is what you’ll harvest.” (Galatians 6:7 GWV)
What the Bible says is true. It was true to Stevens, in his homosexual sins and Islamic terrorist plots. And it will be true to any nation plotting or abetting Christian blood-shedding.

Changing demography and waning Christian influence in politics: the future of America

Changing demography and waning Christian influence in politics: the future of America

Commentary by Julio Severo
Folks, I present a WND article addressing the concern of an American pro-family leader about a possible re-election of Obama. Yet, what about if he does not win a second term? Will his rival, Mitt Romney, reverse the homosexual agenda of Obama?
Massachusetts, under Governor Mitt Romney, was the first US state to legalize the infamous same-sex marriage.
Today and yesterday, I have published two stories from Veja magazine (the Brazilian counterpart of Time magazine). Veja reports that the US demography (and religion) is changing, and US politics will change too. Veja said that this change was a result planned by Democrats, notorious leftists.
Besides, Veja said that mainline Protestant churches (Presbyterian and Lutheran) are losing their youth, who have embraced socialism. This Protestantism is doing more harm than good to America.
At any rate, in a very few years, America will not be what she once was: the most Protestant nation on the earth.
Veja said also that the evangelical influence in American politics is diminishing, but it cited new versions of Pentecostals (probably Michele Bachman and Sarah Palin) as the last conservative evangelical resistance to the massive liberal onslaught on America.
Yet, Veja recognized that, because of longstanding Democratic policies, demography will change whatever influence evangelicals were left to retain until far, but eventually, in three or four decades, evangelical influence in US politics will be gone.
Undoubtedly, Democrats explored the longstanding American political, legal and social love for contraception and abortion. The paycheck for these horrendous sins is coming, with illegal and legal immigration redefining and determining US demography, culture, religion, etc.
And right now, in one of the last chances for US evangelicals to make some influence on America, they have only Romney, a Mormon who passed same-sex marriage in Massachusetts, to defeat Obama.
This definitey is not a good sign.
If demography is destiny, there is a very less Christian destiny in store for America, and Obama and Romney are inaugurating it.
In the next decades, US elections can bring disputes between liberals and ultra-liberals.
Read now the WND article (the WCF paper protesting the US embassy support for the Prague gay parade contains my signature and it is available here: http://profam.org/docs/Prague_Letter.pdf):

The future of America's global homo promo

Unstoppable, if Obama is re-elected, says leader of pro-family organization

By Michael F. Haverluck
One month after the World Congress of Families’ unsuccessfully tried to block the U.S. Embassy’s unprecedented support of the Prague Pride homosexual festival, a key member of the pro-family coalition admits that such “gay” activism by the U.S. government will only grow if Barack Obama wins a second term.
“If Obama is elected, there won’t be any way to block it unless the House defunds the embassy,” Liberty Counsel Chairman Mathew Staver told WND in an interview Thursday. “But it is not just the embassy that is involved; it is all the agencies in the Obama administration.”
One month ago, the U.S. Embassy took part in the Prague “Gay Pride” event, despite a letter by the World Congress of Families in protest. The capital of the Czech Republic is now dubbed “the most liberal city of the former Eastern Bloc” and is working to promote “gay rights” along with the Obama administration.
How did the U.S. Embassy end up supporting and participating in the Prague Pride Parade this year?
“President Obama has pushed the radical homosexual agenda down through all of his agencies,” said Staver, who also serves as vice president, dean and professor of law at Liberty University School of Law. “He has appointed particular people who make sure that every agency promotes the LGBT agenda. This action is a direct result of President Obama’s radical anti-family, pro-homosexual agenda.”
This year’s Prague Pride Parade is reported to have had attractions including:  iBoys Party; Gay Speed Dating; Where Do Ethics End and Rights Start?; Tango Banana; 4Boys Party; Leather Zone and Children’s Day with Picnic.
Despite the event’s graphic nature, popular media outlets such as the BBC poured out euphemisms to depict various displays, such as “fancy dress” to denote garments yielding indecent exposure and “colorful events” to portray sexually explicit displays.
Some 25,000 participants and spectators are said to have indulged in the week of activities, which were condemned by Czech President Vaclav Klaus and his top aide, Deputy Chancellor Petr Hajek, who chided Prague Mayor Bohuslav Svoboda for advocating “deviant” behavior.
Opposition had come from more than 120 pro-family and pro-life leaders from 11 nations, including former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, as well as Paige Patterson, who is a former majority leader of the U.S. House of Representatives and former president of the Southern Baptist Convention.
“There is nobody as ideologically driven as President Obama,” Staver contends, referring to the commander-in-chief’s homosexual promotions.
Staver believes GOP candidate Mitt Romney will reverse much of what Obama has done.
But Staver emphasizes that ousting the incumbent president in November is just the first step of many to mitigate years of damaging LGBT-friendly policy.
“It will be important for the people to actively participate under a Romney administration in order to halt the Obama agenda,” he said. “Obama has infiltrated every area of the government, and it will be a significant undertaking to undo much of what he has done. He has totally revamped the agencies with his radical agenda.”
According to Staver, the major surgery needed to extract the spreading homosexual agenda planted under the Obama administration will have to be preceded by a thorough examination.
“It is going to take some effort to make sure that the new administration is aware of these matters in order to address them. The problem is that Obama hasn’t been focusing on jobs or other matters of significance, but he has been driven by his ideological agenda.”
Obama’s perspective already is reflected by the ambassadors and others from 11 nations who supported the U.S. Embassy’s actions in Prague.
On the other side was the leader of the Czech Republic-based conservative initiative known as DOST (Trust-Objectivity-Freedom-Tradition), which targeted Israel’s ambassador.
“Legitimizing the homosexual way of life is an effort to cover up the fact that same-sex cohabitation cannot produce a family,” stated Michal Semin in an editorial published by the liberal “Lidové noviny” newspaper after Israel’s embassy marched in the parade. “Public officials who support the homosexual lifestyle and place it on the same level as marriage are acting against the fundamental interests of the society they are supposed to serve.”
But Semin’s criticism was not reserved solely for the Israeli embassy, as he also condemned the U.S. and the Netherlands for their destructive policies supporting same-sex marriage and the homosexual lifestyle.
“They should be ashamed of themselves,” said Semin, who sent protest notes to the three nations’ embassies over the events.
The letter from the World Congress of Families said Obama’s influence is corrupting Europe by forcing the promotion of homosexuality on societies that previously embraced traditional Christian values.
WCF Founder Allan C. Carlson, former U.N. Ambassador to UNSECO Alan C. Keyes, Catholic League for Civil and Religious Rights President Bill Donohue, King for America Founder Alveda C. King and Staver are just some of the notable pro-family figures who signed the letter.
Those on the left joining in the support of Prague Pride were ambassadors from the U.S., Canada, Ireland, Finland, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Israel, Denmark and the U.K.
WCF said: “The United Nations has never affirmed homosexual marriage or rights.” In fact, the U.N. Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that only, “men and women … have a right to marry and found a family,” with “family” defined as “the natural and fundamental group unit of society [which] is entitled to protection by society and the state.”
Just a few months ago, more than 3,200 delegates from 72 nations unanimously adopted the Madrid Declaration of World Congress of Families VI, which states, “We affirm the natural family to be the union of a man and a woman through marriage for the purposes of sharing love and joy, propagating children, providing their moral education, building a vital home economy, offering security in times of trouble, and binding the generations.”
Jim Hartline, a former homosexual who took part in a San Diego Pride Parade some 15 years ago and is now a staunch Christian pro-family advocate in the city’s homosexual district, sees the events as anything but benign.
“At least [five] registered sex offenders were hired to fill salaried and voluntary supervisory positions for the festivities,” he said of the Pride events he attended in recent years.
Participants included transvestites, women flashers, pornographers, male strippers and indecently exposed adults acting out homosexual practices. Promotions were for sex toys, male escort services and pornographers.
Candy was handed out to entice young children, he said, including by a man riding a bicycle while wearing nothing but a thong.

Obama administration sends gay ambassador to Muslim Libya and does notknow why he was sodomized and murdered

Obama administration sends gay ambassador to Muslim Libya and does not know why he was sodomized and murdered

By Julio Severo
Fingers have been pointed, by the mainstream media, to the potential culprits of the Islamic, anti-American riot in Libya, resulting in the murder of the US ambassador and other Americans. The main culprit is an anti-Mohammed movie made by a Coptic Christian in California, they say.
It is easy to blame a Coptic man. Thousands of Coptic Christians in Egypt will suffer much more than they have been suffering since that the al-Qaida Spring began, aided by Western powers. Forget that the murderous riots coincided with 9/11. And forget that the homosexuality of Chris Stevens, the US ambassador to Libya, was no secret, to America and Libya. A gay American first broke this story yesterday, here.
Young Chris Stevens with his homosexual lover
Yet, everybody is keeping silent about this secrecy. Let the Muslim world know the American “audacity”, as al-Qaida adherents would say, to send homosexuals to their “sacred” lands, and expect more violent and murderous riots.
In this point, the US government and media have a big opportunity, in the eyes of the whole Muslim world, to teach a lesson to “homophobic” Libya.
Yet, the Western powers are very aware that it is diplomatic and military suicide to try to teach such a lesson to these “homophobic” nations.
It is much easier to blame Christians and let them suffer the consequences of bad diplomatic and political decisions. So the Obama administration and media chorus say, “Blame the anti-Mohammed movie!”
When a homosexual is murdered by non-Christian and often homosexual murderers in a Western nation, blame Christians, especially ministers. Yet, when a homosexual is murdered by Muslims in a Muslim nation, refrain from blaming Muslims. Otherwise, Muslims will do what Christians never do: murderous riots.
To cover up the sodomization and murder of a US gay ambassador by Muslims in a Muslim nation, the anti-Mohammed movie will be the perfect excuse to deflect attention from the Obama administration’s bad decision to insult Muslims by sending them a gay ambassador.
Chris Stevens sodomized and murdered in Libya
And Coptic Christians in Egypt and Christians in other Muslim nations will once more time pay a high price for the foolish US foreign policy.

Homeschooling Under Threat

Homeschooling Under Threat

Bill Muehlenberg
I have just penned a piece on how the secular humanists are targeting our children in public schools, and how successful they have been in their war against religion, as they push their own secular religion down the throats of hapless school children: www.billmuehlenberg.com/2012/09/04/education-wars-the-battle-for-our-children/
Given just how really bad the situation is throughout the Western world, many concerned parents – whether religious or not — have opted for other options, such as private schools, Christian schools, homeschooling, and the like. But sadly these are not problem-free.
Regrettably many so-called Christian schools peddle just as much secular and worldly worldviews as the public schools — and sometimes they have to, dependent as they are on state funding. I have heard plenty of horror stories coming from worried parents about the Christian education (or lack thereof) that their kids are getting at such schools.
Thus many parents look to homeschooling as a last resort. And that is certainly a real alternative; it is a growing movement in places like America and Australia. But even here, there are dangers to be found. The state wants access to our children so it can turn out compliant, obedient and servile citizens. So it is not crazy about parents educating their children independently of the state.
As a result, homeschooling is not necessarily a safe bet. The truth is, in many countries it is against the law to homeschool, and in other countries where it is legal, there are often onerous state restrictions on it and intrusions into it. See here for example: www.billmuehlenberg.com/2010/12/03/the-secular-state%E2%80%99s-homeschooling-crackdown/
If the state does not ban it outright, it will seek to severely restrict it. Consider a few more recent examples of this. Brazil is one country which does not allow parents the option of choosing homeschooling. A bill put forward there late last year to allow homeschooling was unanimously rejected.
Christian activist Julio Severo comments: “Although homeschooling is common in many developed countries and is associated with higher levels of academic achievement, the increasingly-intrusive and socialist government in Brazil has not only abolished its constitutional tradition of home education, but has also repealed several homeschool bills in the Brazilian Congress since the 1990s.
“Control over people requires quality and freedom to be discarded and sacrificed on behalf of compulsory indoctrination. For a State possessed by socialism, it does not matter if schoolchildren are not learning to read and write satisfactorily. What matters is to turn away children from parental sphere, authority and values in order to indoctrinate them directly into the state interests.
“This indoctrination is a proven reality throughout Brazil. In a long story on the Brazilian schools, Veja magazine (the Brazilian counterpart of Time magazine) made the following revelations:
* A prevalent trend among Brazilian teachers of imposing leftism in the minds of children.
* Leftist indoctrination is predominant in private schools. It is something teachers take more seriously than classroom subjects, as a CNT/Sensus poll, ordered by Veja, found.
* It is embarrassing that Marxism has stayed alive only in Cuba, North Korea and in the Brazilian classrooms….”
He continues, “Now, we have only two choices: homeschool illegally and suffer the massive and violent state intervention in our parental, natural choice, or let our children suffer social, moral, psychological and spiritual violence in the public educational ‘jails’.”
But in places where homeschooling is legal, the state often can and does seek to greatly control it. Consider some recent developments in Alberta, Canada. Earlier this year some ominous activities were occurring there. As one report states:
“Homeschooling groups are sounding the alarm this week as the Alberta government prepares to pass a bill that they say threatens to mandate ‘diversity’ education in the home. The province’s new Education Act, re-tabled Feb. 14th by Alison Redford’s majority Progressive Conservative government to replace the existing Schools Act, stipulates in section 16 that all instructional materials in schools ‘must reflect the diverse nature and heritage of society in Alberta, promote understanding and respect for others and honour and respect the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Alberta Human Rights Act.’
“But, in addition to publicly-funded school boards, the proposed Act defines ‘school’ to include private schools and ‘a parent providing a home education program.’ Paul Faris of Canada’s Home School Legal Defence Association (HSLDA) says the law subjects homeschoolers’ entire families life to the Human Rights Act, the provincial version of ‘human rights’ legislation that has been used to target Christians and conservatives across the country, particularly those espousing traditional views on homosexuality.
“‘Basically what it would mean is all learning that goes on in the home, all material that goes on in the home, would essentially be subject to the Alberta Human Rights Act,’ Faris explained. ‘At least when the child leaves the school and goes home it no longer applies, but for a homeschooling family they never get away from this,’ he added.”
Another report says this: “Under Alberta’s new Education Act, homeschoolers and faith-based schools will not be permitted to teach that homosexual acts are sinful as part of their academic program, says the spokesperson for Education Minister Thomas Lukaszuk. ‘Whatever the nature of schooling – homeschool, private school, Catholic school – we do not tolerate disrespect for differences,’ Donna McColl, Lukaszuk’s assistant director of communications, told LifeSiteNews on Wednesday evening.
“‘You can affirm the family’s ideology in your family life, you just can’t do it as part of your educational study and instruction,’ she added. Reacting to the remarks, Paul Faris …  said the Ministry of Education is ‘clearly signaling that they are in fact planning to violate the private conversations families have in their own homes’.”
Homeschoolers south of the border are very worried about all this. “Homeschool defenders in the United States are wary of proposed legislation in Alberta, Canada, that could set a philosophical precedent for government intrusion into what parents are allowed to teach their homeschooled children.
“‘This is concerning to us because this is the first time we’ve seen anything like this on North American soil, where a government has actually proposed to include homeschools in a law that would constrain what parents could teach their children or to alternatively require them to teach something in a certain way,’ Michael Donnelly, staff attorney for the Virginia-based Home School Legal Defense Association, told Baptist Press….
“Donnelly mentioned California becoming the first state last summer to mandate the teaching of gay history in public schools, requiring social science classes to include the ‘role and contributions’ of ‘lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Americans.’
“‘You see increasing attempts across the country by legislators – Massachusetts too – to impose teaching requirements on public schools,’ Donnelly said. ‘From there the next step is private schools and then incorporating homeschools. So it certainly appears to be part of a larger plan. I don’t know that there’s any kind of conspiracy or they’re connected with one another, but there certainly seems to be an agenda to try to control what children learn from the government,’ Donnelly said. ‘That certainly is a very serious concern. One of the things we pay attention to here is watching legislatures in all 50 states to make sure they don’t do things like this’.”
Thus homeschooling too is very much under threat. But for many parents it may still be the best option currently available. But as always, freedom has to be fought for, and it has to be fought in the area of homeschooling just as much as in any other area.

To the pioneers

To the pioneers

By Julio Severo
Weeks ago, a dear brother in Christ sent me a video with a very encouraging song by Nancy Honeytree, from the Jesus People.
As I watched it, I saw Melody Green, from Last Days Ministries, and I remembered how God made me a pro-life Christian. As I told in an interview to LifeSiteNews in 1997: “My first contact with the pro-life message was through publications from Last Days Ministries, in 1986. Through them I learned about Americans Against Abortion (a branch of Last Days Ministries). Before, I supported abortion in cases of rape and risk of life. Later, after reading the LDM materials, I had a change of mind”.
These pioneers helped me fight for life and family in Brazil.
Please, watch this video: http://youtu.be/_EBg_IyJU4Y

The subtitles are in Portuguese because Brazilians need to be encouraged too.
May this encouraging video help you to become a pioneer in your city and country.
