Jewish Perspective: Hitler and Socialism

Jewish Perspective: Hitler and Socialism

By Julio Severo
There is a perspective, defended by right-wing groups, that Adolf Hitler was exclusively Marxist. In the past, I also adhered to such perspective. But after understanding that Hitler was a religious man (a nominal Catholic, with deep occult beliefs), I concluded that his socialist imageries were a sham and propaganda.
Hitler was an esoteric man who knew how to manipulate politics and Catholics and Protestants.
In his book “Hitler’s Cross: How the Cross of Christ was used to promote the Nazi agenda” (Moody Publishers, 1995), Rev. Erwin W. Lutzer said,
Secular historians have admitted that Hitler cannot be explained merely as a shrewd politician who appeared in Germany at a time when the nation was ripe for a dictatorship. Allan Bullock, who wrote an extensive biography of Hitler, dutifully listed what Hitler studied in his youth: yoga, hypnotism, astrology, and various other forms of Eastern occultism…
[Germany’s] national obsession with occultism prepared the way for Hitler’s meteoric rise to world prominence. Heinrich Himmler’s masseur said that the nation was caught up in “the mysticism of a political movement” and in “no country were so many miracles performed, so many ghosts conjured, so many illnesses cured by magnetism, so many horoscopes read.” There were telepathy, séances, and spiritual experiences of every sort, which camouflaged Hitler’s deceptions. Just as the New Age movement today might well be preparing the world to accept the miracles of Antichrist, so the occultism of Germany made mass deception much more difficult to detect.
Another book that addresses Hitler’s occultism is “The Pink Swastika: Homosexuality in the Nazi Party,” by Scott Lively and Kevin Abrams.
Marxism eventually extinguishes religion. While Marxists are deeply atheist, Hitler was a deeply religious man. His occult religion helps us understand why he was not sincere about his alleged socialism. Insincerity is a trademark of esoteric groups and individuals.
Yet, there is a people who can say if Hitler was a right-winger or left-winger. Hitler’s main victims were the Jews, and they were hated not only because they were Jews, but also because most of them were socialist — as was Karl Marx, the father of Marxism, whose grandfather was a rabbi.
So it is no wonder that even today Jews are suspicious of right-wing politicians. Osias Wurman, who is Israel’s honorary consul in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, expressed concern about Donald Trump’s victory in the U.S. in 2016. He said,
“Today, more than ever, it is necessary to warn the world public opinion about the dangerous change of course rightward that has been ravaging Europe and some nations in the American continent. A global poll, held in 2014, found that 46% respondents had never heard about the Holocaust!”
For Wurman, an increase in right-wing sentiments goes hand in hand with pro-Holocaust feelings.
What have the Jews to say about Hitler and socialism? To answer this question, I consulted a reliable Jewish source. So I bring here official information from the Jewish Virtual Library.
Four important points in the text on the Nazi Party of the Jewish Virtual Library are:
* Hitler had anti-Marxist speeches and actions. Even when he used socialist imageries, he violently persecuted socialists and communists.
* The fortunes of the NSDAP (the German acronym for the National Socialist German Workers’ Party or the Nazi Party) changed with the Wall Street Crash in October 1929, resulting in the Great Depression. Such powerful economic crisis was helpful for Hitler’s anti-Marxist propaganda.
* Hitler, who was considered a fool in 1928 when he predicted economic disaster, was seen as a brilliant political seer after the Wall Street Crash. People began to say that if he was clever enough to predict the Great Depression maybe he also knew how to solve it.
* “What Hitler said depended very much on the audience. In rural areas he promised tax cuts for farmers and government action to protect food prices. In working class areas he spoke of redistribution of wealth and attacked the high profits made by the large chain stores. When he spoke to industrialists, Hitler concentrated on his plans to destroy communism and to reduce the power of the trade union movement,” said the Jewish Virtual Library.
The Jewish perspective helps us understand how anti-Marxist propaganda and actions can disguise dark intents. And my perspective, as a conservative evangelical, can help us understand how esotericists can use anti-Marxist propaganda and actions to deceive Catholics and evangelicals.
Here are the best excerpts of the text of the Jewish Virtual Library on the Nazi Party:
Hitler had always been hostile to socialist ideas, especially those that involved racial or sexual equality. However, socialism was a popular political philosophy in Germany after the First World War. This was reflected in the growth in the German Social Democrat Party (SDP), the largest political party in Germany.
Hitler’s stormtroopers were often former members of the Freikorps (right-wing private armies who flourished during the period that followed the First World War) and had considerable experience in using violence against their rivals.
At the end of the march Hitler would make one of his passionate speeches that encouraged his supporters to carry out acts of violence against Jews and his left-wing political opponents. As this violence was often directed against Socialists and Communists, the local right-wing Bavarian government did not take action against the Nazi Party.
While Hitler had been appointing government ministers, Ernst Röhm, leading a group of stormtroopers, had seized the War Ministry and Rudolf Hess was arranging the arrest of Jews and left-wing political leaders in Bavaria.
Hitler believed that the Jews were involved with Communists in a joint conspiracy to take over the world. Like Henry Ford, Hitler claimed that 75% of all Communists were Jews. Hitler argued that the combination of Jews and Marxists had already been successful in Russia and now threatened the rest of Europe. He argued that the communist revolution was an act of revenge that attempted to disguise the inferiority of the Jews.
In Mein Kampf Hitler declared that: “The external security of a people is largely determined by the size of its territory.” If he won power Hitler promised to occupy Russian land that would provide protection and lebensraum (living space) for the German people. This action would help to destroy the Jewish/Marxist attempt to control the world: “The Russian Empire in the East is ripe for collapse; and the end of the Jewish domination of Russia will also be the end of Russia as a state.”
Hitler attempted to play down his extremist image, and claimed that he was no longer in favour of revolution but was willing to compete with other parties in democratic elections. This policy was unsuccessful and in the elections of December 1924 the NSDAP could only win 14 seats compared with the 131 obtained by the Socialists (German Social Democrat Party) and the 45 of the German Communist Party (KPD).
The German economy continued to improve and as unemployment fell, so did the support for extremist political parties such as the NSDAP. In the General Election held in May, 1928, the Nazi Party won only 14 seats, while the left-wing parties, the German Social Democrat Party (153) and the German Communist Party (54) still continued to grow in popularity.
The fortunes of the NSDAP changed with the Wall Street Crash in October 1929.
Before the crash, 1.25 million people were unemployed in Germany. By the end of 1930 the figure had reached nearly 4 million. Even those in work suffered as many were only working part-time. With the drop in demand for labour, wages also fell and those with full-time work had to survive on lower incomes. Hitler, who was considered a fool in 1928 when he predicted economic disaster, was now seen in a different light. People began to say that if he was clever enough to predict the depression maybe he also knew how to solve it.
In the General Election that took place in September 1930, the Nazi Party increased its number of representatives in parliament from 14 to 107.
What Hitler said depended very much on the audience. In rural areas he promised tax cuts for farmers and government action to protect food prices. In working class areas he spoke of redistribution of wealth and attacked the high profits made by the large chain stores. When he spoke to industrialists, Hitler concentrated on his plans to destroy communism and to reduce the power of the trade union movement.
In the past, those who feared communism were willing to put up with the SA [also known as stormtroopers or brownshirts] as they provided a useful barrier against the possibility of [communist] revolution.
[May 1932] saw open warfare on the streets between the Nazis and the Communists during which 86 people were killed.
The behaviour of the NSDAP became more violent. On one occasion, 167 Nazis beat up 57 members of the German Communist Party in the Reichstag. They were then physically thrown out of the building.
The stormtroopers also carried out terrible acts of violence against socialists and communists. In one incident in Silesia, a young member of the KPD [German Communist Party] had his eyes poked out with a billiard cue and was then stabbed to death in front of his mother. Four members of the SA were convicted of the crime. Many people were shocked when Hitler sent a letter of support for the four men and promised to do what he could to get them released.
Incidents such as these worried many Germans, and in the elections that took place in November 1932 the support for the Nazi Party fell. The German Communist Party made substantial gains in the election winning 100 seats. Hitler used this to create a sense of panic by claiming that Germany was on the verge of a Bolshevik Revolution and only the NSDAP could prevent this happening.
A group of prominent industrialists who feared such a [communist] revolution sent a petition to Paul von Hindenburg asking for Hitler to become Chancellor. Hindenberg reluctantly agreed to their request and at the age of forty-three, Hitler became the new Chancellor of Germany.

God Is Good to Israel: How Providence Hindered Franklin Roosevelt from Hindering the Birth of the Modern State of Israel

God Is Good to Israel: How Providence Hindered Franklin Roosevelt from Hindering the Birth of the Modern State of Israel

By Julio Severo
In poor health two months before his death, U.S. President Franklin Delano Roosevelt met with King Abdul Aziz ibn Saud, the founder of Saudi Arabia, on the USS Quincy in the Suez Canal. Later, on April 5, 1945, Roosevelt wrote to King Abdul promising that as long as he was president, the United States would never recognize a Jewish state: “I communicated to you the attitude of the American government toward Palestine … that no decision be taken. … I assured you that I would take no action, in my capacity as Chief of the Executive … with regard to the question of Palestine … the policy of this government … is unchanged.” (As reported by Bill Federer in WorldNetDaily.)
Jewish children in Nazi death camp
Within a week of making this promise, the ailing Roosevelt died. Even so, the U.S. was not the first nation to recognize Israel. The first country to do it was the Soviet Union.
Roosevelt wanted no U.S. role in the birth of the modern State of Israel. In fact, he wanted the U.S. to prevent the birth.
Yet, his public speeches did not mirror his private talks to Saudi dictators. On March 24, 1944, Roosevelt publicly explained the original goal of the United Nations was to protect the Jews. He said, “In one of the blackest crimes of all history — begun by the Nazis … the wholesale systematic murder of the Jews of Europe goes on unabated. … Hundreds of thousands of Jews … are now threatened with annihilation as Hitler’s forces descend. … The United Nations have made it clear that they will pursue the guilty. … All who knowingly take part in the deportation of Jews to their death … are equally guilty with the executioner. … The United Nations are fighting to make a world in which tyranny and aggression cannot exist.”
Roosevelt coined the name “United Nations” for the allied countries fighting together against the National Socialist Workers Party (Nazi) and Nazi anti-Semitism. His most controversial alliance was with the Soviet Union, which, nevertheless Marxist, fought Nazi anti-Semitism and had many Jewish political and military leaders.
However, this alliance supposedly to save the Jews makes no sense when you consider that Roosevelt also wanted no U.S. role in the rescue of Jews from Nazi Germany. According to David S. Wyman, American-Jewish author of the New York Times bestselling 1984 book “The Abandonment of the Jews: America and the Holocaust, 1941-1945,” the Roosevelt administration was aware of Nazi treasures and Jewish suffering from 1941 to 1945, but it ignored the Jews and took excessive care to rescue Nazi treasures.
Wyman’s charge is very simple: Roosevelt knew about the Jewish horrendous plight before and during all the World War 2, but he never intervened. He never ordered the bombing of the railroads that took millions of Jews to death camps. In contrast, his administration worked very hard to save Nazi treasures.
Even though some authors argue that Roosevelt was misled by Marxists, the deeper reality is, according to William T. Still in his book “New World Order,” that “Support for both secret societies and Marxism has run in FDR’s family. His ancestor, Clinton B. Roosevelt, a New York assemblyman, was a noted American Socialist.”
Still says that Roosevelt’s life was marked by socialism and Masonry. It was marked also by a providential death hindering him from hindering the birth of the modern State of Israel.

The U.N. Year of Solidarity With the Palestinian Cause

The U.N. Year of Solidarity With the Palestinian Cause

By Julio Severo
By a United Nations resolution, 2014 is the “Year of Solidarity with the Palestinian People,” an occasion that has been used by the U.N. to organize special activities along with governments and non-governmental organizations to promote the Palestinian cause.
The resolution was passed on the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People in 2013, a very busy year for the U.N., which adopted a total of 21 resolutions singling out Israel for criticism. In contrast, the rest of the world combined received just 4 of such condemnatory resolutions in 2013. It makes one wonder why Israel has received a very preferential treatment by the U.N.
Strangely, Saudi Arabia, a neighbor of Israel where democracy and respect for basic human rights are unheard-of, has received no U.N. resolution condemning its tyranny and violence against women and minorities, especially Christians.
Both Israel and Saudi Arabia are close U.S. allies, but only one them — Israel — has been under permanent U.N. and U.S. pressure to compromise its sovereignty over Muslim and anti-Semitic demands.
If the issue were just territorial — “Palestinians need a territory and nation” —, the nations forcing Israel to compromise its sovereignty are fully capable of giving Palestinians a territory. The U.S., Brazil and other nations have very large territories and, because they have chosen a stance requiring a minor state — Israel — to relinquish its small land to Palestinian demands, they have the moral obligation to give the example and relinquish a part of their large lands to such Muslim demands.
Israel, which is too small to give lands, is under a cruel pressure by large-land countries in the U.N. Since its creation in 2006, the United Nations Human Rights Council has condemned Israel in 45 resolutions, more than the rest of the world combined.
Islamic terrorism — Palestinian, Saudi, Iranian, Turkish, etc. — has been a permanent threat to the whole world. Yet, the U.N. resolutions do not have addressed it. The small Jewish nation, which is the only democracy in the Middle East, is treated as if it were the greatest terrorist threat in the world. It is the perfect scapegoat for the massive Muslim terror.
In fact, the Palestinian cause has been aptly used to hit hard the scapegoat.
If anti-Semitism were not present in the U.N., Saudi Arabia would receive much more than 21 yearly resolutions condemning its gross systematic human rights abuses. Other Islamic nations neighboring the Jewish country, habitually facilitating Islamic terror against Israel and other nations, would similarly deserve U.N. condemnations. And if you include the whole Islamic universe with many other nations with similar feelings and actions of hatred and terror against Israel and other nations, no one would wonder if the U.N. had countless resolutions against the massive threat posed by the Islamic ideology. The wonder is: no single U.N. peep about this gigantic threat.
The target is the scapegoat. Israel is to blame. The radical Islamic universe is innocent, even when they, and other anti-Semitic groups, use the Palestinian cause to promote their anti-Semitic hatred.
In the Bible you see David and Goliath, and the ancient Israel’s wars for its survival. In God’s perspective, David is innocent and Goliath is the threat.
In the modern Israel’s wars for its survival, the mounting U.N. negative resolutions against Israel leave no doubt that, in the U.N. perspective, David is the threat and the massive Islamic Goliath is innocent.
The U.N. “Solidarity” Year with the Palestinian cause is solidarity with the modern Goliath and a clear sign that David will suffer more negative U.N. resolutions.
Long ago, when there was no Palestinian “cause,” there was massive, international anti-Jewish hatred, and the infamous Catholic Inquisition is just one of its evidences. Six, five and four hundred years ago, Jews were the “oppressors,” and many Jewish families were slaughtered. In Nazi Germany, again the Jews were the “oppressors.”
With the Palestinian cause, what has changed? After the Palestinian cause, what will change?
In Nazi Germany, there was no solidarity with the Jew victims. Just with the Nazi cause.
Solidarity with the Palestinian cause has moved Western nations, even Christian churches, to opposition to the modern David. For many Western churches, now Israel is an “oppressor.”
By the many U.N. resolutions against Israel, there is a “solidarity” of Islamic and leftist nations against Israel. And definitely there is a U.N. solidarity with these nations.
Only the God of Israel can deliver Israel from the army of Goliaths (from the U.N., the U.S., Brazil and many other nations) that have raised up in these last days.
Israel has always been hated in the spiritual world because it brought Jesus, His Gospel and His Word to the world. Even though the Jews are unable to recognize it, this is the main cause for the incredible hatred against them and the world’s “natural” solidarity with their enemies.
With or without the Inquisition, Israel will be always the “oppressor.” With or without Nazi Germany, Israel will be always the “oppressor.” With or without the Palestinian cause, Israel will be always the “oppressor.”
In this context, the U.N. solidarity with the Palestinian cause is just “natural.”
Now, who can show solidarity to the historically oppressed Jews and their Promised Land?
Only the true, invisible and prophetic Church of Jesus Christ can do it and, by doing it prayerfully, many Jews may be led to know the Messiah and His salvation.

World’s biggest shipwreck

World’s biggest shipwreck

The sinking of Titanic and Wilhelm Gustloff in perspective

By Julio Severo
Even with their sophisticated, fast and high-powered news and information technology, modern humankind has a hard time to see or recognize proven facts.
One of those facts is that it is impossible to live without God and his values. Nazis tried, and they reaped bitter and destructive consequences. Communists tried, and they did and they do the same reaping. Both socialist ideologies were focused on man and based on the evolution theory, which dethrones God and enthrones man, or monkey.
Without God, tragedy is sure. In its inauguration in 1912, Titanic, which was the largest ship of its time, was greeted with the famous words, “Not even God can sink this ship.”
The ship sank, producing what is proclaimed today as the biggest sinking in the modern history.
However, this is not the whole true. There was a much bigger tragedy.
The world’s biggest shipwreck happened in the winter of 1945, right at the end of the World War II.
With the advance of the Soviet communist army over eastern Germany, millions of German civilians tried to flee from the furious red troops, who destroyed everything, killed and tortured, and raped all women and girls in their way.
Some were able to escape. So hundreds of thousands of German women, children and wounded tried the fastest way to flee for German areas out of Soviet sphere. German civilians were aware that this was their only hope to escape the sure fate of mass death, slavery and rapes in the hands of Soviet communists. Those unable to flee became total victims of the Soviet cruel fancies and depravities, and women and girls would be condemned to sexual tortures for years.
It is in this context of annihilation of civil populations that hospital ship Wilhelm Gustloff was escaping from the implacable Soviet invasion, carrying more than 9,000 people, mostly women and children. Half the way, in its desperate journey to reach western Germany, the civil ship will become the main character of the biggest silent shipwreck in the history.
In the dark and frozen night of January 30, 1945, the hospital ship is sighted by a Soviet submarine, which shoots three torpedoes, condemning thousands of women and children to death in waters 10 Celsius (14 Fahrenheit) below zero.
In the shipwreck of Titanic, 1,517 people died — a figure considered high.
Yet, in the sinking of the hospital ship Wilhelm Gustloff, 9,343 people perished.
Wilhelm Gustloff
The Soviet communist ideology — which did not believe in God and worshipped evolution theory — killed a huge crowd of defenseless women and children in cold blood. Did the fact that the Soviets were in war against Nazism — which equally despised the Bible and worshiped evolution theory — entitle them to kill innocent people?
But as Dostoyevsky, a Russian writer in the pre-communist era, said, “Without God, everything is possible.”
Contempt for God in the culture of the Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics made possible for their soldiers not to have any compassion for defenseless civilians. The sinking of the hospital ship Wilhelm Gustloff unavoidably brings to memory in an emphasized way the disrespect to the most basic human rights. The memory of Titanic saves socialists from that uncomfortable truth.
So the insistence of holding up the sinking of Titanic as the world’s biggest shipwreck seems to have the exclusive purpose of covering the fact that the true and only bigger shipwreck in the history was provoked by the cowardice of men moved by an ideology without God. The image of leftism, communism and socialism is thereby protected from the brutality of their actions. Nothing upsets more a leftist than truth.
In order to soften the terrible truth, liberal historians allege that many of the women belonged to SS — and possibly, children belonged to some kind of kid’s SS. (Possibly also, some Soviet soldier might have witnessed babies armed with machine guns and grenades!) Another excuse was that the Soviet submarine commander, because of the dark night, was unable to recognize that that enormous ship didn’t have the appearance of a warship. Supposedly, he was unable to know that it was a hospital ship carrying a crowd desperate civilians. However, it is known that in broad daylight Soviet airplanes, when sighting crowds of German civilians fleeing by the roads, shot them as in a competition for targets. In fact, even English and American soldiers, who were war prisoners of the Nazi in eastern Germany, were not spared from cruelties when captured by the Soviet army.
The communist inhumanity has been very well known. This is why during the anti-Communist military government in Brazil, the exiled leftist artists and politicians didn’t choose to live in Cuba, Soviet Union, North Korea or other socialist “paradise.” They opted for capitalist countries! For instance, former Brazilian Marxist president Fernando Henrique Cardoso chose exile in France. Gilberto Gil, in England. Why to choose exile in a socialist slum when they could opt for capitalist luxury?
With the purpose of not frightening the German population with the public disclosure of such a big loss before the Soviet advance, national socialist dictator Hitler ordered German press into silence over Wilhelm Gustloff’s sinking. Soviets never tried to break that silence by making a mass world advertising of their big feat of producing a disaster worse than the shipwreck of Titanic, because other nations could not have seen as honor the fact that Soviets were celebrating the sinking of a ship that, besides not representing any military danger to them, was rescuing desperate civil refugees.
For the socialists’ relief, the silence imposed by Hitler and the universal faith that Titanic was the world’s worst shipwreck keep Wilhelm Gustloff and communist cowardice in the basements of the forgetfulness in the world history.
Did the hospital ship Wilhelm Gustloff, with its enormous shipment of women and children, deserve to be willfully sunk? Nazism and communism deserved such sinking. Although Nazism (an acronym for national socialism) has been defeated, communism kept its march of blood and destruction, condemning to slavery, darkness and death millions of human beings, and many lies linked to socialism do not have still been sunken. On the contrary, every way of disinformation has been used to hide the cowardice of communist ideology.
In Brazil, we have reasons to give preference to the name Titanic. It is easier to remember than the complicated German name Wilhelm Gustloff. But the reasons of the Karl Marx religion sympathizers are others.
Everything that was necessary for Titanic to go down, with its 1,517 passengers, was an iceberg, provoker of the fatal accident. Everything that was necessary for Wilhelm Gustloff and its 9,343 passengers to perish in the sea was an implacable Soviet commander of frozen heart — a womanizer, an alcoholic man who would eventually go to prison for robbery. Being educated at atheistic schools of the secular Soviet State, he is an example of what Darwin’s evolutionist ideas and Karl Marx’s socialist ideas do in the heart, mind and soul of a man. Without God, every type of evil is made possible.
Worse than the shipwreck of Titanic is Wilhelm Gustloff’s sinking. And much worser than Wilhelm Gustloff’s sinking is the shipwreck of whole societies into the abysses of destruction of the chameleonic socialist ideology.
Do you want to know the final result of a society that is educated to despise the Bible and worship evolution theory, dethroning God and his values and enthroning Karl Marx, Hitler, Darwin or other men and their values? Look at what happened to Nazi Germany and the extinct Soviet Union: when human beings stop respecting God and start to believe that they came from a monkey, they become worse than wild beasts.
