Constituent Sues GOP, Accusing the Party of Fraud

A retired attorney in Virginia Beach is so incensed that Republicans couldn’t repeal the Obama’s Affordable Care Act that he’s suing to get political donations back, accusing the GOP of fraud and racketeering.

Bob Heghmann, 70, filed a lawsuit Thursday in U.S. District Court, saying the national and Virginia Republican parties and some GOP leaders raised millions of dollars in campaign funds while knowing they weren’t going to be able to overturn Obama’s socialist law also known as Obamacare.

The GOP “has been engaged in a pattern of Racketeering which involves massive fraud perpetrated on Republican voters and contributors as well as some Independents and Democrats,” the suit said. Racketeering, perhaps better known for use in prosecuting organized crime, involves a pattern of illegal behavior by a specific group.

National GOP committee member Morton Blackwell said the suit is a “sign of conservative anger that the Republican-controlled Congress has not yet repealed and replaced Obamacare.”

He argued that “progressives” had taken over the Democratic Party and seemed to lament that “conservatives” had not yet taken over the Republican Party.

At last, a Republican leader recognizes that the Republican Party is not controlled by conservatives and it is not behaving as a conservative party.

“Too few conservatives are willing to invest their time, talent, and money and personally participate inside the Republican Party,” Blackwell said. “A Republican majority will mean a conservative majority if and when a sufficient number of conservatives figure out why the success of their principles depends on their personal involvement in local, state and national Republican Party committees and in party nomination contests.”

Heghmann’s suit argues that the national GOP raised more than $735 million and Virginia’s party more than $20 million from 2009 to 2016 in large part by promising to repeal the Affordable Care Act.

Heghmann said he has standing to sue the GOP because has been a contributor.

Heghmann’s suit states: “Now that the Republican Party has won the House, the Senate and the Presidency the effort it is making to Repeal and Replace Obamacare is itself a Fraud upon Republican Voters and Donors.”

The “pattern of racketeering” extended to the party’s response to Trump’s candidacy, his suit states. The GOP units raised money to push Obamacare repeal or Trump’s promises but “never intended to implement the Trump Agenda or fulfill the promises of the Republican Platform.”

Heghmann has given an excellent example, especially by clarifying that the GOP should be sued for not fulfilling the Trump Agenda or the promises of the Republican Platform.

The Trump Agenda was clearly anti-neocon, but the same GOP unwilling to defeat the socialist Obamacare is unwilling to implement anti-neocon measures.

Patrick J. Buchanan, a former adviser to Ronald Reagan, said, “The GOP Platform committee rejected a plank to pull the U.S. deeper into Ukraine, by successfully opposing new U.S. arms transfers to Kiev. Improved relations with Russia were what candidate Trump had promised, and what Americans would vote for in November.”

Under neocon pressure, the Trump administration has appointed Kurt Volker, a neocon who was the director of the McCain Institute, to head the Trump policy on Ukraine, guaranteeing the fulfillment of the neocon ambitions against Russia. Volker wants U.S. arms transfers to Kiev.

All of this is a clear sign the Republican Party is not behaving as a conservative party and that conservatives do not control the GOP.

Neocons did not help elect Trump. On the contrary, they opposed him. John McCain was the main neocon opposition to Trump.

So evangelicals should sue the GOP for capitulating to McCain and his neocons. They should sue the GOP for forcing Trump to follow the neocon agenda.

Neocons are engaged in blood-shedding of Christians in other nations. They should be stopped. Trump wanted to do it, but the pressure was too strong. Where are evangelicals and their holy voice and pressure?

Since evangelicals were the main base of voters who elected Trump, evangelical leaders, churches and organizations should sue the GOP. When U.S. evangelicals do not resist the neocons, the result is blood-shedding of Christians.

Pressure works. When vice president Mike Pence was the Indiana governor, he approved the Religious Freedom Restoration Act to protect religious people from persecution by homosexual activists. But after widespread pressure and boycotts, including from big businesses such as Apple and Wal-Mart, Pence rolled back his religious freedom law. His cowardly changes marked the largest step toward special homosexual rights there in history, according to pro-family activists who studied the language of the changed law.

Today, according to Buchanan, Pence is a neocon who fully approves U.S. military meddling in Ukraine. But by doing it he is violating the original Trump agenda and GOP Platform.

Evangelical leaders, churches and organizations should sue Pence, or the GOP.

Volker, McCain and other neocons should be butted out from the Trump administration.

Recently, socialist Democrats and “conservative” Republicans, spurred by McCain, joined forces to impose more sanctions on Russia, which is a more conservative and Christian nation today. But they do not join forces to impose sanctions on the Islamic Saudis, who were responsible for the 9/11.

Daily Mail said Trump “signed the [sanctions] bill, which he wasn’t happy about, in private.” Trump is being forced to do the neocons’ will. Why do not U.S. evangelical leaders, churches and organizations resist and sue neocons? It is time to confront neocons in the Democratic Party and in the Republican Party.

Daily Mail also said that the sanctions bill contains provisions that “prevent the president from lifting [the sanctions] without approval from Congress — provisions that got drafted amid concerns Trump would lift or limit sanctions amid his frequent praise for Russian President Vladimir Putin and desire to improve ties between the two powers.”

The neocons in the Congress have tied Trump’s hands. Evangelical leaders, churches and organizations should helping Trump by suing the GOP for capitulating to the will of the neocons, Democrats and socialists and for forcing Trump to do the neocons’ will.

If McCain and his neocon hordes wanted to implement a neocon agenda in the U.S. government, especially affecting negatively Christians in other nations, he should have defeated Obama in 2008. He failed. He is not the president. And Pence should behave as Trump’s vice president, not as if he were McCain’s vice president.

If evangelicals wanted a neocon in the White House, they would have voted for McCain, not Trump. They chose Trump for his clearly anti-neocon speech.

Trump’s hands are tied by a Congress controlled by warmongering socialist Democrats and warmongering “conservative” Republicans who have capitulated to the neocons. What will evangelicals do to untie Trump?

It is time for evangelical leaders, churches and organizations to sue the GOP for the implementation of the original anti-neocon Trump Agenda.

U.S. evangelicals should also sue the GOP for the genocide of Christians in Syria and Iraq in the trail of U.S. interventions and invasions. Even Trump condemned the Bush invasion of Iraq.

It is time also for Christians around the world to pray that God may neutralize the neocons and their malevolent power in the U.S. government and in the U.S. military industrial complex.

White evangelicals are doing a powerful difference in the United States. Thanks especially to them, Donald Trump is now the president of the United States. Thanks to them and their love of Israel, one of the first measures of Trump was to invite Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to the U.S. for talks.

White evangelicals (including Pentecostals and charismatics) voted overwhelmingly for Donald Trump. According to the Washington Post, 81 percent of them chose Trump and just 16 percent chose Hillary.

In contrast, among traditional Protestants (Presbyterians, Lutherans, Methodists, etc.), 59 percent chose Hillary and just 35 chose Trump.

Among Catholics, 52 percent chose Trump and 45 percent chose Hillary.

Among Jews, 71 percent chose Hillary and just 24 percent chose Trump.

So WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange was right when he said that evangelicals were the only “establishment” massively supporting Trump. But this support was not easy, because evangelicals were worried about his personal sexual behavior.

Trump’s candidacy led to divisions within different evangelical camps. The prominent evangelical theologian Wayne Grudem endorsed Trump, pulled back his endorsement and then re-endorsed him.

In spite of his personal moral weaknesses (which were not worse than the moral problems of Hillary and her husband Bill), Trump continued to receive support from major evangelical leaders, including Pat Robertson and Tony Perkins.

Even though Trump has always been a nominal Presbyterian, he and his vice-president have been receiving today personal regular advice, prayers and visits from evangelical, charismatic and Pentecostal leaders.

Trump’s support from white evangelicals could be explained by their deep dislike for Hillary’s pro-abortion and pro-sodomy activism.

Black evangelicals — who represent 2 in 5 evangelicals — also dislike Hillary’s activism. But, according to Christianity Today, they largely chose Hillary.

Among Latinos (including Brazilians), about 71 percent chose Hillary.

WND (WorldNetDaily) said that the impact and the growth of liberal-leaning minorities, mostly Latin American, will be felt in the next four decades.

According to WND, 2016 was the last presidential election where whites were a majority. In the next elections, they will be a minority, and the new majorities from other races and their liberal proclivities will prevail.

Massive immigration to America, brought by liberal politics, will have the expected effect against white evangelicals who are preserving and defending Christian conservatism in America.

If God does not intervene, this may be the last opportunity for white evangelicals make an impact for Jesus Christ in the U.S. government. For decades, American conservative evangelical presidents, including George W. Bush, promised to acknowledge Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, but they never fulfilled their promises.

If evangelicals encourage Trump to make this acknowledgement and transfer the U.S. Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, God will move for these evangelicals, Trump and America.

The anticonservative strategy of the socialist opportunistic Democratic Party is to facilitate the immigration of liberals who will transform the majority of white evangelicals into a weakened minority.

But evangelicals have a strategic God. If this is the last chance for white evangelicals as a majority, they should work hard to use it in the best way possible.

Large families are one of God’s strategies. If evangelicals did not follow the contraceptive mindset, they would have larger families, who would keep their necessary majority and could resist for more decades the massive immigration of liberals.

God and large families are the only hope for conservative evangelicals in America.

Folks, I present a WND article addressing the concern of an American pro-family leader about a possible re-election of Obama. Yet, what about if he does not win a second term? Will his rival, Mitt Romney, reverse the homosexual agenda of Obama?

Massachusetts, under Governor Mitt Romney, was the first US state to legalize the infamous same-sex marriage.

Today and yesterday, I have published two stories from Veja magazine (the Brazilian counterpart of Time magazine). Veja reports that the US demography (and religion) is changing, and US politics will change too. Veja said that this change was a result planned by Democrats, notorious leftists.

Besides, Veja said that mainline Protestant churches (Presbyterian and Lutheran) are losing their youth, who have embraced socialism. This Protestantism is doing more harm than good to America.

At any rate, in a very few years, America will not be what she once was: the most Protestant nation on the earth.

Veja said also that the evangelical influence in American politics is diminishing, but it cited new versions of Pentecostals (probably Michele Bachman and Sarah Palin) as the last conservative evangelical resistance to the massive liberal onslaught on America.

Yet, Veja recognized that, because of longstanding Democratic policies, demography will change whatever influence evangelicals were left to retain until far, but eventually, in three or four decades, evangelical influence in US politics will be gone.

Undoubtedly, Democrats explored the longstanding American political, legal and social love for contraception and abortion. The paycheck for these horrendous sins is coming, with illegal and legal immigration redefining and determining US demography, culture, religion, etc.

And right now, in one of the last chances for US evangelicals to make some influence on America, they have only Romney, a Mormon who passed same-sex marriage in Massachusetts, to defeat Obama.

This definitey is not a good sign.

If demography is destiny, there is a very less Christian destiny in store for America, and Obama and Romney are inaugurating it.

In the next decades, US elections can bring disputes between liberals and ultra-liberals.

Unstoppable, if Obama is re-elected, says leader of pro-family organization

One month after the World Congress of Families’ unsuccessfully tried to block the U.S. Embassy’s unprecedented support of the Prague Pride homosexual festival, a key member of the pro-family coalition admits that such “gay” activism by the U.S. government will only grow if Barack Obama wins a second term.

“If Obama is elected, there won’t be any way to block it unless the House defunds the embassy,” Liberty Counsel Chairman Mathew Staver told WND in an interview Thursday. “But it is not just the embassy that is involved; it is all the agencies in the Obama administration.”

One month ago, the U.S. Embassy took part in the Prague “Gay Pride” event, despite a letter by the World Congress of Families in protest. The capital of the Czech Republic is now dubbed “the most liberal city of the former Eastern Bloc” and is working to promote “gay rights” along with the Obama administration.

How did the U.S. Embassy end up supporting and participating in the Prague Pride Parade this year?

“President Obama has pushed the radical homosexual agenda down through all of his agencies,” said Staver, who also serves as vice president, dean and professor of law at Liberty University School of Law. “He has appointed particular people who make sure that every agency promotes the LGBT agenda. This action is a direct result of President Obama’s radical anti-family, pro-homosexual agenda.”

This year’s Prague Pride Parade is reported to have had attractions including:  iBoys Party; Gay Speed Dating; Where Do Ethics End and Rights Start?; Tango Banana; 4Boys Party; Leather Zone and Children’s Day with Picnic.

Despite the event’s graphic nature, popular media outlets such as the BBC poured out euphemisms to depict various displays, such as “fancy dress” to denote garments yielding indecent exposure and “colorful events” to portray sexually explicit displays.

Some 25,000 participants and spectators are said to have indulged in the week of activities, which were condemned by Czech President Vaclav Klaus and his top aide, Deputy Chancellor Petr Hajek, who chided Prague Mayor Bohuslav Svoboda for advocating “deviant” behavior.

Opposition had come from more than 120 pro-family and pro-life leaders from 11 nations, including former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, as well as Paige Patterson, who is a former majority leader of the U.S. House of Representatives and former president of the Southern Baptist Convention.

“There is nobody as ideologically driven as President Obama,” Staver contends, referring to the commander-in-chief’s homosexual promotions.

Staver believes GOP candidate Mitt Romney will reverse much of what Obama has done.

But Staver emphasizes that ousting the incumbent president in November is just the first step of many to mitigate years of damaging LGBT-friendly policy.

“It will be important for the people to actively participate under a Romney administration in order to halt the Obama agenda,” he said. “Obama has infiltrated every area of the government, and it will be a significant undertaking to undo much of what he has done. He has totally revamped the agencies with his radical agenda.”

According to Staver, the major surgery needed to extract the spreading homosexual agenda planted under the Obama administration will have to be preceded by a thorough examination.

“It is going to take some effort to make sure that the new administration is aware of these matters in order to address them. The problem is that Obama hasn’t been focusing on jobs or other matters of significance, but he has been driven by his ideological agenda.”

Obama’s perspective already is reflected by the ambassadors and others from 11 nations who supported the U.S. Embassy’s actions in Prague.

On the other side was the leader of the Czech Republic-based conservative initiative known as DOST (Trust-Objectivity-Freedom-Tradition), which targeted Israel’s ambassador.

“Legitimizing the homosexual way of life is an effort to cover up the fact that same-sex cohabitation cannot produce a family,” stated Michal Semin in an editorial published by the liberal “Lidové noviny” newspaper after Israel’s embassy marched in the parade. “Public officials who support the homosexual lifestyle and place it on the same level as marriage are acting against the fundamental interests of the society they are supposed to serve.”

But Semin’s criticism was not reserved solely for the Israeli embassy, as he also condemned the U.S. and the Netherlands for their destructive policies supporting same-sex marriage and the homosexual lifestyle.

“They should be ashamed of themselves,” said Semin, who sent protest notes to the three nations’ embassies over the events.

The letter from the World Congress of Families said Obama’s influence is corrupting Europe by forcing the promotion of homosexuality on societies that previously embraced traditional Christian values.

WCF Founder Allan C. Carlson, former U.N. Ambassador to UNSECO Alan C. Keyes, Catholic League for Civil and Religious Rights President Bill Donohue, King for America Founder Alveda C. King and Staver are just some of the notable pro-family figures who signed the letter.

Those on the left joining in the support of Prague Pride were ambassadors from the U.S., Canada, Ireland, Finland, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Israel, Denmark and the U.K.

WCF said: “The United Nations has never affirmed homosexual marriage or rights.” In fact, the U.N. Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that only, “men and women … have a right to marry and found a family,” with “family” defined as “the natural and fundamental group unit of society [which] is entitled to protection by society and the state.”

Just a few months ago, more than 3,200 delegates from 72 nations unanimously adopted the Madrid Declaration of World Congress of Families VI, which states, “We affirm the natural family to be the union of a man and a woman through marriage for the purposes of sharing love and joy, propagating children, providing their moral education, building a vital home economy, offering security in times of trouble, and binding the generations.”

In June, WND reported the Pentagon launched a celebration of homosexual behavior. Previously, WND covered the progression of the case, when firefighters were forced to participate in a “gay” parade.

Jim Hartline, a former homosexual who took part in a San Diego Pride Parade some 15 years ago and is now a staunch Christian pro-family advocate in the city’s homosexual district, sees the events as anything but benign.

“At least [five] registered sex offenders were hired to fill salaried and voluntary supervisory positions for the festivities,” he said of the Pride events he attended in recent years.

Participants included transvestites, women flashers, pornographers, male strippers and indecently exposed adults acting out homosexual practices. Promotions were for sex toys, male escort services and pornographers.

Candy was handed out to entice young children, he said, including by a man riding a bicycle while wearing nothing but a thong.
