Debt, Charity or Population Control? Trump Designates $55 Million to USAID to “Help” Iraqi Christians

The Christian press is hailing efforts of U.S. President Donald Trump to help Christians in Iraq.

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) said last week that $55 million of a $75 million tranche of aid money to the U.N. Development Program’s Funding Facility for Stabilization will go to addressing minority groups in areas of northern Iraq retaken from the Islamic State (ISIS).

FoxNews reported, “USAID payment already forwarded to the UNDP fund is to be especially aimed at ‘those who have been victims of atrocities by ISIS.’”

According to USAID’s press release: “The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) have agreed to increase assistance to Iraqis, particularly religious and ethnic minorities, to enable them to return to their homes in areas liberated from ISIS.”

Yet, there are concerns.

“UNDP has been grossly mismanaged, is not transparent, and has deliberately marginalized the genocide that targeted Christian and Yazidi minorities for over the past two years,” observes Nina Shea, head of the Center for Religious Freedom at the Hudson Institute, and a strong critic of the U.N.’s behavior toward the minority refugees.

“What concerns me is that the bulk of the [Trump] money now for the Christians, the vast majority of it, is going to go through the UN,” Shea said.

“I have no confidence in the UNDP,” said she.

Shea is right about UNDP. According to Facts of Life, a pro-life handbook published by Human Life International (HLI) and written by Dr. Brian Clowes, the United Nations Development Programme has partnerships with pro-abortion groups, including the International Planned Parenthood Federation.

Yet, USAID also deserves no confidence as far as population control is involved.

In a HLI article, Clowes said,

“The United States National Security Council is the highest decision-making body on foreign policy in the United States. On December 10, 1974, it promulgated a top secret document entitled National Security Study Memorandum 200, also called The Kissinger Report. Its subject was ‘Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests.’ This document, published shortly after the first major international population conference in Bucharest, was the result of collaboration among the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and the Departments of State… Although the United States government has issued hundreds of policy papers dealing with various aspects of American national security since 1974, NSSM 200 continues to be the foundational document on population control issued by the United States government. It therefore continues to represent official United States policy on population control.”

NSSM 200, which was issued under a Republican (“conservative” and “right-wing”) administration, presents U.S. strategies to integrate population control measures (called euphemistically as “family planning”) and health and medical services. USAID was actively involved in the elaboration and implementation of NSSM 200, which mentions UNDP as included in its efforts.

What kind of “assistance” two population control agencies (USAID and UNDP) will give Iraqi Christians who survived ISIS? Health services integrated with “family planning”?

The Washington Free Beacon obtained photos of United Nations Development Program projects in Christian and Yazidi towns in northern Iraq, showing “completed” school-rehabilitation projects that amounted to a thin coat of paint on exterior walls with freshly stenciled UNICEF logos every 30 feet.

Inside the building, the rooms remained untouched and unusable, lacking running water, power, and furniture.

Usually, the only thing not lacking in such areas in dire need is population control. Even though there is a lack of everything necessary, there is an abundance of contraceptives, condoms, IUDS, etc.

Do Christians deserve it?

Iraqi Christians

From the U.S. government, Iraqi Christians deserve reparations. In 2016, Republican presidential candidate Trump accused U.S. President Barack Obama of founding the Islamic State terror group.

This is a very serious accusation. If Trump was right, the U.S. government under Obama committed crimes against vulnerable Christians by training, funding and arming ISIS, which raped, tortured and slaughtered Christians.

Iraqi Christians deserve much more than population control “assistance.” They deserve due reparations, including weapons to defend themselves. If the U.S. government under Obama could give arms to ISIS and other Islamic groups to attack Christians, why cannot the U.S. government under Trump give arms to Christians to defend themselves?

On behalf of the U.S. government, Trump owes an official apology to Iraqi Christians and all the victims of ISIS created by Obama. This apology is long overdue.

Population control is not assistance. It is to finish the extermination job ISIS began.

Pro-life leaders should contact Trump and ask a full review of USAID and its “assistance.”

Also, the Trump administration should open America’s doors for Iraqi Christians who survived ISIS. After all, they were victims of an Islamic terror group created by an American president. To welcome them as refugees is much more than charity. It is due reparation.

The U.S. economy has increased under Trump. Why not use a good part of these profits ($7 billion would be a good start) to help ISIS’s victims?

Because of the U.S. global cultural hegemony, the landmark U.S. Supreme Court ruling in favor of homosexual “marriage” will affect other nations, and homosexual activists in many parts of the world are excited in their expectation to use the court ruling to advance their cause, according an Associated Press report.

Even though large U.S. companies (Apple, Microsoft, Google, etc.) and even the U.S. government have greatly incited the trend toward legal acceptance of homosexual “marriage,” the Associated Press, whose reports are blatantly pro-homosexuality, has been quick to detach the U.S. from the leadership role by saying “The U.S. is [not the] leader in this movement,” ignoring that the U.S. was the first nation to appoint a global homosexual envoy for the homosexual ideology and that the State Department and USAID have been funding and training homosexual organizations in other nations.

AP’s attempts to dismiss the U.S. leadership in the international homosexual movement pointed that other nations, as Argentine, had gay “marriage” before the U.S.

Brazil, the largest Catholic nation in the world, had effectively passed gay “marriage” in 2013, before the U.S., but homosexual activists involved in this campaign were heavily involved with U.S. homosexual activists and their “Brazilian” propaganda was heavily dependent on data and expertise from their U.S. counterparts.

Because Brazil has no global cultural hegemony, its gay “marriage” has not affected other nations. When the U.S. Supreme Court legalized homosexual “marriage,” the Palácio do Planalto (the Brazilian White House) and the Brazilian Department of Education websites displayed the homosexual rainbow — a homosexual celebration that the Brazilian government did not hold even in the Brazilian legalization of homosexual “marriage.”

Even though Brazil and the U.S. are antagonistic in some economic issues, they have had an undeniable, vibrant and incredible brotherhood in the homosexual agenda.

Similarly, the Argentinian homosexual “marriage” has produced no international effect, because Argentine has no global cultural hegemony. Yet, it is very unlikely that Argentinian homosexual activists involved in this campaign were not heavily involved with U.S. homosexual activists and that their “Argentinian” propaganda was not heavily dependent on data and expertise from their U.S. counterparts.

“The U.S. decision will have a big impact in other countries,” said Esteban Paulon, president of the Argentine Federation of Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals and Transsexuals, adding that his organization contributed documentation to U.S. legal groups arguing the case before the Supreme Court.

This is an old trick. It is the same modus operandi of U.S. pro-abortion groups and foundations. They fund and train activists in the developing world, and when necessary these activists are used as a showcase to advocate, in a Third World voice, exactly what U.S. pro-abortion groups and foundations want. They present their trained Third World voice in the UN system and international forums on abortion and population control and say, “Are you seeing? They want abortion and population control and they want our help to do it!”

The motivation behind these efforts is everything, except good-hearted.

The United States National Security Council, the highest decision-making body on foreign policy in the United States, promulgated a top secret document entitled National Security Study Memorandum 200 (NSSM 200), also called The Kissinger Report. Its subject was “Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests.” This document, published on December 10, 1974, during a Republican administration, was the result of collaboration between the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

According to Dr. Brian Clowes, a population control specialist at Human Life International, “NSSM 200 continues to be the foundational document on population control issued by the United States government. It therefore continues to represent official United States policy on population control… The primary purpose of U.S.-funded population control efforts is to maintain access to… resources of less-developed countries.”

NSSM 200 is the most important population control document by the U.S. government. But there was an effort to deny that the U.S. has been the leader in the global population control movement.

Clowes explains that nations would never be able to pinpoint the dirty work of the U.S. population control efforts as direct U.S. responsibility because there was a strategy involved to escape this accusation. He said, “NSSM 200 also specifically declared that the United States was to cover up its population control activities and avoid charges of imperialism by inducing the United Nations and various non-governmental organizations — specifically the Pathfinder Fund, the International Planned Parenthood Foundation (IPPF) and the Population Council — to do its dirty work.”

USAID, which was involved with the CIA in the NSSM 200, has been using its large population control experience and sophistry to promote the homosexual agenda around the world.

Last year, USAID and the U.S. Department of State hosted the third Conference to Advance the Human Rights of and Promote Inclusive Development for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Persons in Washington, D.C.

Leading U.S. government officials spoke at the event.

The conference brought together government officials, private funders, business leaders, scholars and homosexual activists from more than 30 countries to increase coordination, cooperation and resources dedicated to promoting the homosexual agenda around the world, and to ensure full inclusion of homosexual activists in political power structures.

The conference focused on diplomatic and foreign assistance strategies to address homosexual issues around the world. It also discussed the best ways to engage faith communities to support the homosexual agenda and to integrate it into development programs.

In spite of this massive U.S. involvement in the global homosexual agenda, the U.S. big leftist media, including AP, wants to cover up the U.S. leadership in this movement.

This cover-up is also happening through diplomatic strategies.

The U.S. global homosexual envoy recently visited Brazil and other nations to garner their homosexual experiences and use them to give the impression that his dirty work is not to advance the homosexualist ambitions of the Obama administration. Even though the funding, expertise and inspiration come from U.S. homosexual groups, everything will be done allegedly for the sake of homosexual groups’ wishes from Brazil, Argentine and even Africa!

Twenty-one countries now impose gay “marriage.” In most of those countries, well-organized, funded and trained homosexual groups are lobbying for expanding gay “marriage” rights, especially adoption.

These movements, which have received funds and training from the U.S., including from the State Department and USAID, are getting a real boost from the legal gay “marriage” in the U.S., according to the AP report. They will use the U.S. experience to advance their cause (“Hey, the most advanced nation in the world has advanced gay laws, and we should imitate”) and U.S. homosexual groups will in their turn use their experience for more and more (“Hey, even Third World nations are embracing the homosexual agenda. Why should we refrain from advancing more?”)

All of them are involved in a vicious circle of dirty works. But what will make the ultimate difference is cultural hegemony.

In his 1997 book “The Grand Chessboard,” Zbigniew Brzezinski, one of the most trusted foreign policy advisers in the U.S. government (from Carter to Obama), argued that the U.S. have a worldwide hegemony in the main domains. He said,

“America stands supreme in the four decisive domains of global power: militarily… economically… technologically… and culturally.”

The Brazilian and Argentinian homosexual “marriage” and other gay agendas have had no effect on other nations. But if the U.S. wants to use them, they will surely make a global critical impact.

The powerful U.S. hegemony is now in the service of its own homosexual agenda and the homosexual agenda of international homosexual groups that USAID and the State Department have been training and funding.

The answer to this pro-homosexuality hegemonic power is pockets of conservative resistance in the U.S. and an international conservative resistance to repulse the homosexual imperialism promoted by the U.S. government and big companies.

Homosexuality brought destruction to Sodom, and it will bring destruction to any city or superpower embracing it. A remnant of Christians faithful to God should warn about the danger of sodomy and support efforts to protect children and their families from it.

“What happened to Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities near them is an example for us of the punishment of eternal fire. The people of these cities suffered the same fate that God’s people and the angels did, because they committed sexual sins and engaged in homosexual activities.” (Jude 1:7 GWV)

Marriage is the union between a man and a woman. To defend this original and real marriage against a fake “marriage” of two men will not save the eternal souls of people. But it will save children, families and society from psychological, moral and physical destruction.

To preach the Gospel and to make it clear that Jesus Christ saves, heals and delivers will make the ultimate difference among sinners who love homosexual sins and among nations that love to promote and impose these sins. They will have a chance to be saved, healed and delivered.

If they do not want the Gospel, Christians should act prophetically, especially in the case of a nation that began with the Gospel, was champion at exporting the Gospel and impacted many nations for the Gospel and now finishes with sodomy, as a champion at exporting sodomy and affecting many nations in this sin.

Washington, D.C.: The Seat of the Immoral World Government

While I am writing about the U.S. government as the seat of the immoral world government, the U.S. Department of State and USAID are hosting the third Conference to Advance the Human Rights of and Promote Inclusive Development for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Persons on November 12-14, in Washington, D.C.

Leading U.S. government officials are speaking at the event.

The conference is bringing together government officials, private funders, business leaders, scholars and homosexual activists from more than 30 countries to increase coordination, cooperation and resources dedicated to promoting the homosexual agenda around the world, and to ensure full inclusion of homosexual activists in political power structures.

The conference is focusing on diplomatic and foreign assistance strategies to address homosexual issues around the world. It is also discussing the best ways to engage faith communities to support the homosexual agenda and to integrate it into development programs.

If Sodom gave the world an untrained and unsophisticated homosexual militancy, America can be proud that she has surpassed Sodom, by giving the world an aggressive, trained and sophisticated homosexual militancy.

Will the U.S. government efforts to integrate the gay agenda into development programs and political power structures succeed? I fear so. Forty years ago, NSSM 200, a highly classified U.S. government document, made it clear that the U.N., the World Bank and many other major international organizations should be used to integrate population control into development and healthcare programs. Population control was presented as “family planning,” but its objective was never family well-being. It was population reduction to meet the U.S. ambitions to seize or save natural resources from other nations for current and future American use. Because of the U.S. efforts forty years, today “family planning” is as natural as marriage itself.

Evidently, now the strategy is to make the gay agenda and its fake marriage as natural as “family planning.”

God turned Sodom into ashes. America is distinguishing herself by making Sodom global and refined. She is spreading the Sodom ashes around the world to sow a new, bigger and global Sodom.

Days ago, Billy Graham said, “America is just as wicked as Sodom and Gomorrah.” And often he mentions, “If God doesn’t punish America, He’ll have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah.”

To advance the gay agenda, America wants to make the world as wicked as Sodom and Gomorrah were.

Brazilian conservatives often talk of a moral decadence of the United States as a direct consequence of the influence and actions of the Soviet Union, which was born in 1917. They treat the U.S. as if it were, before the Soviet Union, a pure damsel.

I had also such thought, especially as an evangelical being influenced by American missionaries. The fact is, we thought the U.S., especially in the early 20th century, was extremely Protestant. In the 1890s? Even more Protestant, even more moral, even more pure.

We have the historical record to support it. Upon signing the Declaration of Independence, Samuel Adams stated: “This day, I trust, the reign of political Protestantism will commence.” The 56 signers were mostly Protestant.

According to New York University Professor Emeritus Patricia Bonomi: “The colonists were about 98 percent Protestant.”

In less than one century, the reign of political Protestantism in Washington, D.C. was quite the contrary of what was preached by Protestant churches and ministers.

According to a DailyMail report, Washington D.C. in 1890s had a reign of prostitution. This was the capital of the most Protestant nation in the world, when Protestantism was much higher than today in the American nation. And remember: there was no Soviet Union.

The DailyMail report said, “The White House’s neighbors in 1890s included 108 brothels and 50 saloons.” Prostitution was rampant around the White House more than one century ago.

An author of that time, mentioned by DailyMail, made a map with an explanation of how 108 houses of prostitution were allowed to thrive so near the White House.

He said about Grover Cleveland (1837-1908), who was the 22nd and 24th president of the United States (1885-89, 1893-1897): “Grover Cleveland can sit in his bedroom window at the White House and survey the entire territory. He is within sight and gunshot of each of these 108 dens which defy the law which he is supposed to execute through his commissioners.”

If the White House were surrounded by 108 prostitutes, it would be awful enough. But 108 brothels? This is a lot of prostitution. Did not Washington, D.C. have any other more important activity to get involved in?

Why was prostitution, considered the oldest profession in the world, so rampant and close to the White House? Perhaps the answer is in what Ronald Reagan said, “It has been said that politics is the second oldest profession. I have learned that it bears a very striking resemblance to the first.”

DailyMail said that decades later this same area around the White House kept its notoriety for prostitution.

I do not minimize the Soviet influence decades after the 1890s. But there was a grave moral decadence around the White House before any Soviet influence. There was the influence of sin.

So the pervasive moral perversion in the current U.S. society, especially politics, cannot be attributed exclusively to the Soviet Union.

The Bible says, “Never dishonor your daughter by making her a prostitute, or the country will turn to prostitution and be filled with people who are perverted.” (Leviticus 19:29 GWV)

In the 1890s the U.S. capital turned to prostitution and, consequently, became “filled with people who were perverted.”

By the way, it keeps the old profile of place filled of perverted individuals. A WND report said that despite his sexual affairs in the White House, Bill Clinton has been ranked the most admirable U.S. president of the past quarter century.

In the subject of sexual affairs in the White House, John Kennedy apparently topped all the other adulterous U.S. presidents. Was his depravity in the White House a product of the Soviet Union, or of the same influence of sin in the White House neighborhood in the 1890s? I believe that latter would be the correct Christian understanding.

I hope that my article may help conservative Christians in Brazil and the U.S. to see that if they want to influence positively the global power that Washington D.C. has on the whole world, they should firstly understand that the moral problems in the U.S. government began much before the Soviet Union. Without such understanding, they will not succeed in praying and hindering a U.S. government that has made sexual perversion (sodomy) a top priority of its foreign policy.

The U.S. is homosexualizing the world by funding, training and sophisticating the international homosexual militancy.

America caused her daughters to be prostitutes many decades ago, her land fell into prostitution and now her land has become full of wickedness. Her government became full of wickedness, including sodomy.

The conference being held right now in Washington, D.C. by the U.S. State Department and USAID wants engage faith communities to support the homosexual agenda.

Perhaps the Washington National Cathedral is the best example of these ambitions. The 106-year-old cathedral has served as the spiritual center for the U.S. presidents, hosting funerals for Presidents Ronald Reagan and Gerald Ford.

In 2013, Rev. Gary Hall, dean of Washington National Cathedral, said that Christians should embrace religious marriage equality.

According to Scott Lively, the Jewish tradition says that gay “marriage” was the last sin before the Great Flood.

After its support for homosexual “marriages,” the National Cathedral in Washington will be hosting a Muslim prayer service for the first time on November 14.

Washington, D.C. and its State Department, USAID and its best Protestant cathedral are filled of wickedness and sodomy.

NEW YORK (C-Fam) President Obama is often berated for bungling foreign policy. Outside the U.S., his prioritizing lesbian, gay bisexual and transsexual (LGBT) rights has aggravated already sour relations – a trend that will increase as the U.S. funds groups tied to prostitution, dubious transgender studies and anti-religious bigotry.

Obama’s 2011 presidential memorandum elevating special rights for individuals who identify as LGBT abroad created a new funding stream for groups that promote LGBT rights. Some take controversial topics head on.

It would be of “enormous benefit” to individuals who lead LGBT lifestyles if prostitution were legal according to a statement on the website of the Astraea Lesbian Foundation for Justice—one of the USAID’s partners in the new LGBT Global Development Partnership. Astrea says prostitution should be called “sex work” and legalized.

According to public records, Astrea received over $1 million from USAID in 2013, and could receive nearly another $3 million by 2016.  Astrea criticizes so called “exit-only” programs because they “force women to exit the sex trade” and leave out the “most important voices—those of girls/women involved in sex work or being trafficked.”

Organizations funded by USAID are not limited to activities in developing countries.

USAID has a contract with the Victory Institute, a non-partisan, nonprofit educational organization that teaches politicians to run for office on LGBT issues. It offers training and professional development programs for politicians, advocates and businessmen. Houston Mayor Annise Parker, currently embroiled in a scandal involving her subpoena of the sermons and preaching materials of five pastors who oppose her recent LGBT rights ordinance, is one of the beneficiaries of the Victory Institute’s strategic guidance.

A UCLA think tank that trains judges on LGBT issues is also a USAID partner. A study it commissioned concluded child development in households with a transgender parent is the same as in any family.

Olivia, a travel agency and tour operator for lesbians, is another eclectic group chosen by USAID. It describes itself as “THE Travel company for lesbians!” (emphasis original) and boasts having taken 200,000 women on an Olivia vacation “surrounded by women of all ages and ethnicities from all over the world.”

These are a few of USAID’s “champions and allies” according to the new “USAID Vision for Action” which lays out the progress of USAID in implementing Obama’s order. The order outlines funding for LGBT issues and special attention for LGBT persons throughout all federal international programs. For instance, since 2012 USAID contractors have to navigate new non-discrimination provisions in order to partner with USAID.

Other countries perceive this as a threat to children and challenge to their laws, cultures and traditions.

Last week, African countries chided the UN human rights bureaucracy and donor countries for promoting special rights for individuals who identify as LGBT. Egypt warned the new High Commissioner for Human Rights that “we cannot have imposed agendas.” Malawi, representing 57 African countries, called for “restraint” and said efforts to impose new norms “undermine” the human rights system.

Secretary of State John Kerry conceded while speaking at the UN last month that LGBT issues have become more contentious, and laws opposed by LGBT activists “are metastizing,”

Comment by Julio Severo: In 1992, I translated into Portuguese the most important excerpts of NSSM 200 (National Security Study Memorandum 200: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests), prepared by the United States National Security Council in 1974.

As its title implies, NSSM 200 has a number of secret strategies for population control exclusively to serve the US government’s interests. This document, which cites abundantly the strategic role of USAID in this massive project, shows that the US has maneuvered UN and other international agencies to integrate population-control politics into the international health care system, including in Brazil. Sadly, its goals have been amply achieved, after decades of massive investments and disinformation. By this pressure, now the family planning ideology, with its perverted sex education and abortion propaganda, is sacred in Brazil.

Today, the US pressure, which is increasing its international controls, is directed to homosexual acceptance. In view of the huge US success for the “acceptance” of the family planning ideology around the world, is there any doubt that the US government will fail in its efforts to export and impose gay “marriage” and the gay agenda? If the President doesn't respect America's views on marriage, what makes us think he would respect other countries'? Certainly not his latest USAID project. In April, to relatively little fanfare, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) embarked on one of the most shocking abuses of taxpayer dollars in the last five years. With help from the Levi Strauss Foundation and millionaire liberal Tim Gill, the U.S. government is spending $11 million to train homosexual activists in other countries.

The Washington Blade, D.C.'s gay newspaper, praised the Obama administration for creating an army of international lobbyists for same-sex "marriage," anti-discrimination laws, and homosexual "rights" around the world. According to USAID, the first phase of the program is focused on countries with a strong Catholic influence: Ecuador, Honduras, Guatemala, and other developing nations that oppose homosexuality.

This week, the first in a series of USAID "gay trainings" took place in Colombia, a nation specifically targeted for its rejection of same-sex "marriage." The goal, an agency spokesman says, is to teach people how to infiltrate the political process and advocate for laws that a majority of Americans, who are paying for the program, object to. "It can be a real game-changer in the advancement of LGBT human rights," she insisted. In essence, U.S. taxpayers are being forced to groom the next generation of the world's Human Rights Campaigns — a stunning exploitation of Americans' money, and more importantly, their trust.

For the Obama administration, this is just another part of its strong-arm strategy to bully other nations into compliance. Whether it's through the United Nations, U.S. embassies, or the State Department, President Obama is leading the effort to bribe and coerce poor countries into accepting his pro-homosexual agenda. Homosexual advocates in Brazil have been joined by a coalition of United Nations groups in an effort to pressure the nation to criminalize “homophobia” under the guise that such “prejudices” are a hindrance to AIDS prevention programs.

According to a report from Julio Severo, who runs the Last Days Watchman, a new letter addressed to Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff and other officials explains that Brazil’s homosexual community has been plagued by AIDS rates of “more than 10 percent.”

That’s even though the AIDS “epidemic” sweeping the nation is affecting only 0.6 percent of the general population. The letter claims that the “main culprit of the high HIV prevalence among homosexuals is the high violence against them.”

The letter also says prejudices against homosexuality are a strong hindrance to AIDS prevention programs.

The recent letter came from the Expanded Thematic Group on HIV/AIDS in Brazil, in joint partnership with USAID, UNHCR, U.N. Women, UNAIDS, UNESCO, UNFPA and UNICEF and several other groups.

The signatories include the Brazilian Ministry of Health, the Human Rights Special Secretariat of the Brazilian Presidency and ABGLT, the largest homosexual group in Brazil, Severo reports.

The effort comes as pressure from socially progressive groups is ramping up in Brazil to promote and protect homosexuality, to the point of making those who hold opposing viewpoints subject to criminal prosecution.

A recent study tested the Brazilian population for “homophobia” by asking people to comment on such statements as “God made men and women with different sexes so that they could fulfill their role and have children,” Severo reported.

He said the 92 percent of Brazilians who agreed partially or completely with the statement were labeled “homophobic.”

“Based on the overall results of the study, the Brazilian government determined that 99 percent of its citizens were ‘homophobic’ and therefore should be reeducated,” he explained.

“Apparently failing to achieve a mass reeducation of its people, the Rousseff administration now receives international support to advance its stalled anti-’homophobia’ bills and measures.”

Severo said the letter explains that the criminalization of “homophobia” is “fundamental for the success of AIDS prevention programs.”

He reported: “The letter gives an example of the high violence against gays, by quoting a figure of 278 homosexuals murdered in 2011 in Brazil. The figure, produced by the Bahia Gay Group (Grupo Gay da Bahia), is a stark contrast with about 50,000 Brazilians murdered each year. Brazilian socialist anti-gun policies have made its population prey to criminals and murderers. Homosexuals, who often live in drug and prostitution-plagued areas, are not more vulnerable than the general population.”

Severo also noted the information is suspect, since it is sourced to Bahia Gay Group. He said the group was founded by Luiz Mott, “whose defense of pedophilia is public.”

Severo said the letter stresses that the Brazilian state should have no connection to religion.

“The Brazilian government has no official and non-official religions, but the U.N. agencies behind the letter were obviously eying the Christian feelings of the most Brazilians,” he said. “Because of these feelings and heritage, Brazilians reject any kind of homosexual indoctrination in schools and the imposition of the gay ideology on their society.”

He said the letter pushes for the adoption of measures to battle “homophobia,” including plans such as a proposed PLC122, a law to make “homophobic” views “crimes.”

Critics contend the bill’s approval would censor religious leaders and group members who would mention anti-sodomy Bible verses – even within church buildings.

Severo said, “Certainly, the Rousseff administration welcomes the international pressure to do exactly what it has wanted to do for a long time: to impose the gay agenda on the most of the Brazilians that insist on seeing homosexuality as an abnormality.”

Severo’s advocacy for the family in Brazil has drawn major opposition. WND reported when PayPal responded to an online campaign by homosexuals demanding he be denied the use of the PayPal system and launching an “investigation.”

PayPal executives dispatched an email explaining that because of “legal and regulatory constraints,” the company was “unable to process donation payments for non-registered charities and non-profit organizations; political party/organizations; religious institutions; personal/organizational fundraisers, etc.”

PayPal’s move cut off significant levels of financial support for Severo, who relies on friends and others to continue the work of his ministry.

“PayPal says that it does not allow the use of its service for activities that promote hatred, violence or racial intolerance, but its action against my account was spurred by a hate campaign by gay activists wanting to shut down my account,” Severo told WND at the time. “I am very worried, because PayPal caved in to gay militants and their hate campaign to have me excluded from PayPal.”

PayPal declined to comment, but others weren’t hesitant to express their opinion. Don Hank, who runs the Laigle’s Forum website, said: “This is war. … PayPal is now official the enemy of traditional Christianity.”
