Trump Wishes Happy… Kwanzaa, for the Sake of Politically Correct

Trump Wishes Happy… Kwanzaa, for the Sake of Politically Correct

By Julio Severo
On December 26, 2017, the White House website announced:
Statement from President Donald J. Trump on Kwanzaa
Today marks the first day of Kwanzaa, a weeklong celebration of African American heritage and culture. Together, let us celebrate during this joyous time the richness of the past and look with hope toward a brighter future.
As families and friends join to light the Kinara, Melania and I extend our warmest wishes for a joyful holiday season and a prosperous year to come.
What is Kwanzaa? It is an African-American holiday created by Maulana Karenga in 1965 to be an alternative to Christmas. He believed Jesus was psychotic and Christianity was a “white” religion black people should shun. Later, as Kwanzaa gained mainstream adherents, Karenga changed his position so Christians would not be alienated.
Karenga’s original name was Ron Everett, born in 1941 to a Baptist minister. He chose an African name after he got involved in the socialist ideology. Karenga founded a violent nationalist group, which was a black version of Nazism. But because to flatter politically correct movements is more important than facing reality, his ideas are celebrated by Marxists and conservatives — including Bush and Trump — in America.
Kwanzaa is a celebration that has its roots in the black nationalist movement of the 1960s and was established as a means to help African Americans reconnect with their African cultural and historical heritage. For Karenga, a major figure in the Black Power movement of the 1960s and 1970s, the creation of such holidays also underscored an essential premise that “you must have a cultural revolution before the violent revolution. The cultural revolution gives identity, purpose and direction.”
Why has Trump helped such revolution-oriented holiday?
The effort to “reconnect with African cultural and historical heritage,” especially when led by a Marxist black, leads to spiritual illusion. In fact, even when such effort is led by a “conservative” black, the illusion is not lesser.
She visited leaders and places of an Afro-Brazilian religion in the state of Bahia — without perceiving, as a Presbyterian, that this Afro-Brazilian religion is similar to voodoo and Santeria. That is, they are not just “culture.” They are witchcraft.
If Kwanzaa celebrates such African spiritual roots, what is Trump going to gain to America by encouraging America to celebrate it?
In fact, Trump has no reason to encourage America to celebrate such black nationalist holiday. He has several reasons not to do it:
* While over 100 million Americans celebrate Christmas, just some 2 million people participate in Kwanzaa. Why give importance to an insignificant Marxist holiday? The most prominent propagandists of Kwanzaa are U.S. presidents, including Bush and Obama. Yet, everybody thought that Trump would break this unnecessary propaganda.
* If America had a holiday created by Nazis, there would be a public outcry to ban it. Kwanzaa was created by a Marxist black nationalist. Why did not Trump ban it?
* Even if Karenga were not a Marxist, his personal history involves criminal convictions and imprisonment for violence against women. How can Trump or another U.S. president honor a holiday created by a criminal?
* If Kwanzaa was created as an alternative to Christmas, why honor it? While Kwanzaa, which is insignificantly celebrated, has nothing to do with America and conservative blacks, Christmas has everything to do with America and her history.
Conservative author Ann Coulter said, “Karenga’s invented holiday is a nutty blend of schmaltzy ’60s rhetoric, black racism and Marxism. The seven principles of Kwanzaa are the very same seven principles of the Symbionese Liberation Army… Kwanzaa praises collectivism in every possible area of life — economics, work, personality… When Karenga was asked to distinguish Kawaida, the philosophy underlying Kwanzaa, from ‘classical Marxism,’ he essentially said that, under Kawaida, we also hate whites.”
How could Trump honor such Marxist trash?
In her article “Kwanzaa: Holiday brought to you by the FBI,” Coulter explains that Karenga was a black radical FBI stooge. She said, “Most absurdly, for leftists anyway, they have forgotten the FBI’s tacit encouragement of this murderous black nationalist cult founded by the father of Kwanzaa. Kwanzaa emerged not from Africa, but from the FBI’s COINTELPRO. It is a holiday celebrated exclusively by idiot white liberals. Black people celebrate Christmas.”
So Trump and other U.S. presidents have honored a Marxist holiday created by FBI’ COINTELPRO (COunter INTELligence PROgram).
There is no doubt that the FBI created a very stupid Marxist creature. Why celebrate it?
Some could excuse that at least Trump honored at the same time Christmas and Kwanzaa, differently of what he did last October 31, when the world celebrated the landmark 500 years of Protestant Reformation. It was a historic date, but Trump preferred to celebrate Halloween
For the sake of politically correct, Trump ignored the Reformation and honored Halloween, which is closely connected with Satanism.
For the sake of politically correct, Trump celebrated Christmas and Kwanzaa.
If Republican Presbyterian Condoleezza Rice successfully brings to America “Brazilian-African traditions” (Brazilian voodoo), is Trump going to honor Brazilian voodoo spirits just to not offend the politically correct Left?

After Trump, Guatemala first nation in the world to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital

After Trump, Guatemala first nation in the world to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital

By Julio Severo
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday hailed Guatemala’s decision to relocate its embassy to Jerusalem, saying other countries will soon follow suit.
President Jimmy Morales, of Guatemala, and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu
“God bless you, my friend, President Jimmy Morales. God bless both our countries, Israel and Guatemala,” said Netanyahu at the weekly Likud faction meeting in the Knesset.
With the move of its embassy in Israel to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv, Guatemala will become the first nation in the world to follow President Donald Trump’s lead in ordering the change.
All the major U.S. mainline newspapers have run headlines on Guatemala recognizing that Jerusalem belongs to Israel. This is an historical event for Latin America and the world.
While Czech Republic had briefly suggested it could follow Trump’s example, it quickly reversed its position, and by last week had contented itself with merely abstaining in a UN general assembly vote that overwhelming criticized Trump’s move. The Czech Republic declined to support directly Trump.
Guatemalan President Morales said on his official Facebook account on Sunday that after talks with Netanyahu, he decided to instruct his foreign ministry to move the embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.
On Monday, Israeli President Reuven Rivlin, Knesset Speaker Yuli Edelstein, and Deputy Minister for Diplomacy Michael Oren applauded Guatemala’s announcement.
“Viva Guatemala! It takes courage for a superpower to stand up for justice and recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s eternal capital. But it takes even more — immense guts — for a small nation to do that,” Oren wrote on Twitter. “People of Guatemala, the people of Israel will never forget your support and bravery.”
“Guatemala have shown they know very well that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel! I welcome their decision to bring their embassy to Jerusalem and thank them for their deep friendship,” said Rivlin. “We look forward to welcoming you to Jerusalem!”
Guatemala is home to about 1,000 Jews among a population of 15 million.
Guatemala was one of nine nations that voted last week with the United States when the U.N. General Assembly overwhelmingly adopted a non-binding resolution denouncing Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. The 128-9 U.N. vote was seen as a victory for Palestinian invaders.
President Donald Trump recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel on Dec 6, reversing decades of unfulfilled promises of U.S. Democratic and Republican presidents who talked about officially recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, but kept their talk eternally in an unofficial realm.
Several major US allies abstained from supporting Trump at the UN, among them Australia, Canada, Mexico and Poland. Strong U.S. allies, such as Britain, France, Germany and Saudi Arabia, voted against Trump denouncing his decision on Jerusalem.
Guatemala was one of the first nations to recognize the state of Israel upon its establishment in 1948.
On Nov. 29, 1947, when the U.N. voted to partition the British mandate of Palestine into separate Jewish and Arab states, the countries did not vote in alphabetical order starting with “A.”
Instead, the U.N. put the names of all of the member countries in a hat — then picked one, started with that country and went in alphabetical order from there.
By sheer chance, the country picked out of the hat, and thus the very first country to vote for the creation of the modern state of Israel, was Guatemala.
Prior to 1980, Guatemala maintained an embassy in Jerusalem. But after an Israeli law in June 1980 proclaimed Jerusalem its “indivisible and eternal capital,” the U.N. called upon Guatemala to move its embassy to Tel Aviv. Guatemala complied.
Even though Guatemala has long had close security cooperation with Israel including being a purchaser of Israeli arms, closer relations with Israel were only made possible with President Jimmy Morales, an evangelical Christian.
It is no coincidence that, according to analysts, Guatemala will be the first mostly Protestant nation in Latin America.
No other religion is closer to Israel than evangelicalism. Any nation or president who is a practicing evangelical is closer to Israel.
So it is just natural that the first nation that is becoming evangelical in Latin America is also the first nation in Latin America to recognize the obvious reality that Jerusalem belongs exclusively to Israel. Evangelicalism and pro-Israel support go hand in hand.
Trump is closer to Israel because he is closer to evangelicals. In fact, he is himself an evangelical, even though not much practicing.
Jimmy Morales is closer to Israel because he is an evangelical and because he is closer to evangelicals in Guatemala, which is home to an increasing Pentecostal and neo-Pentecostal population who loves Israel.
With its decision to return its embassy to Jerusalem, Guatemala abandons the old cowardly diplomacy, which removed its embassy from Jerusalem in 1980.
Even though Brazil is the largest nation in Latin America, its diplomacy is largely dwarfish. Brazil, which is the largest Catholic nation in the world, has consistently taken, even during the military rule, anti-Israel stances for many decades in its diplomacy to Israel, especially at the U.N.
The increasing Brazilian Pentecostal and neo-Pentecostal population is fervently pro-Israel, but they are a minority in the Brazilian population and in the government. Even though they have protested that Brazil has voted against Trump at the U.N. and even though they recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, the Brazilian government has paid no attention to them.
Just as Guatemala needed an evangelical president to correct government injustices against Israel, Brazil will also need an evangelical president.
By having Guatemala recognize again Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, evangelical Morales took a gigantic step for Guatemala, a step that will certainly prosper Guatemala and put to shame the dwarfish act of the “gigantic” Brazil of following U.S. allies Britain and Saudi Arabia that voted against Trump.
“So the last will be first, and the first last. For many are called, but few chosen.” (Matthew 20:16 NKJV) How right are these Jesus’s words regarding Latin America! Tiny Guatemala is in the first place by supporting Israel. Brazil is in the last place by opposing Israel.
Nevertheless, both Trump and Morales didn’t set any specific timetable for moving their embassies from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

Broken Promise: Trump to Send Lethal Weapons to Ukraine in Fight against Russia

Broken Promise: Trump to Send Lethal Weapons to Ukraine in Fight against Russia

By Julio Severo
The Trump administration has approved a plan to provide lethal weapons to Ukraine, a move that deepens America’s involvement in the military conflict and may further strain relations with Russia, according to an Associated Press report of December 23, 2017. The Russian government did not respond in a positive tone.
John McCain and neo-Nazi leader in Ukraine
Even though it is very important, Trump’s decision comes as people are with their mind occupied with Christmas season and New Year. It is a very unpleasant surprise which no one is paying attention to because of distractive Christmas.
Why does Trump want to arm Ukraine against Russia?
The Obama administration, with the assistance of neocons, ignited the conflict in Ukraine, and Trump’s promise in his 2016 campaign was not to support Ukraine, but Russia, especially considering that, technically, Russia is well-equipped to respond to Ukrainian escalation with a stronger answer.
While Trump had praised Russia in 2016 and his advisers were supporting pro-Russian forces in Ukraine, neocons have openly praised the Ukrainian revolution as the best democratic example against dictatorship. The Ukrainian revolution was the biggest Soros revolution, massively funded by him.
John McCain and other neocons want Ukraine in NATO and are willing to go to war over it. In contrast, Trump had shown no willingness to follow neocon passions for war in Ukraine against Russia.
On September 2016, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko invited Trump for a meeting, but, according to DailyMail, “the Ukrainian government says the Republican candidate blew them off.”
Yet, Hillary Clinton met Poroshenko and promised him that she would stand with Ukraine against “Russian aggression.”
While neocons want Ukraine in NATO’s orbit and they are using the Ukrainian situation to strengthen NATO, Trump had again been in conflict with their interests. Yet, now as president Trump has abandoned his anti-neocon promises and followed Hillary’s bad example.
Sending lethal weapons to Ukraine was Hillary’s original proposal. McCain and other neocons also want to arm Ukraine. In fact, Kurt Volker, the U.S. special representative for Ukraine negotiations, is a “former staffer of Sen. McCain… and executive director of the neocon McCain Institute.” Volker is the architect of the new arms package from Trump to Ukraine.
McCain is one of the most rabid neocons in the U.S. Congress.
Volker envisions a deepening U.S. involvement in a Ukrainian civil war that was initiated by Obama, Soros and neocons.
Sending lethal weapons to Ukraine creates the troubling possibility that American arms could kill Russian soldiers, a situation that could thrust the two nuclear-armed nations closer to direct confrontation.
It is an unnecessary and stupid military escalation, under Trump, of a conflict initiated by Obama, McCain and neocons. Besides, Ukraine has nothing to do with a very far-away America. What if Russia got involved in Mexico and armed Mexicans against the U.S.? Would America accept it in a positive tone?
Catholic conservative Patrick J. Buchanan has asked an important question: Has Trump capitulated to the neocons? This capitulation seems to have become easier after the fall of his anti-neocon advisers hinders. Their fall hindered Trump from pursuing focus of partnership with Russia against Islamic terror.
In the last years, Europe has been invaded by Islamic barbaric hordes, and Obama and NATO did nothing, militarily or otherwise, to protect Europe from invasion. The most urgent need for America is to help Europe against Islamic hordes. Yet, NATO, which was created by America to protect Europe, has done absolutely nothing to protect Europe against Islamic hordes. America under Obama did nothing. And America under Trump has done nothing.
In 2016, Trump promised an alliance with Russia against Islamic terror, but as president his administration has surpassed all past Democratic and Republican administration in supporting and arming Saudi Arabia, the top sponsor of Islamic terrorism around the world.
Trump made a US$ 110 billion sale of military equipment to Saudi Arabia — which the White House said that it was the “largest single arms deal in U.S. history.”
And, it should never be forgotten, most Islamic terrorists behind 9/11 were Saudi. Even so, the U.S., under Bush, Obama and Trump, has flattered and armed the Saudis.
In contrast, the U.S., under Bush, Obama and Trump, has incessantly provoked Russia, which is much more conservative today. It is a provocation exclusively to please neocons.
As a conservative evangelical (conservative evangelicals were Trump’s main voting base), I support Trump in his pro-Israel decisions and in his pro-family and pro-life stances. But I cannot support him for breaking his 2016 promises on Russia and Ukraine. I cannot support him for amplifying the constant neocon aggression against Russia. I am loyal to Trump’s 2016 anti-neocon model.

U.N. approves resolution overwhelmingly condemning Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital

U.N. approves resolution overwhelmingly condemning Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital

By Julio Severo
The United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) overwhelmingly approved a resolution on Thursday condemning President Donald Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.
The resolution, sponsored by Turkey, chair of the summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, is symbolic and nonbinding.
The 128 member states of the UNGA voted to condemn Trump’s move, with just seven other states joining the U.S. and Israel in voting against the resolution. There were 35 abstentions. The overwhelming approval of the anti-Israel resolution was hailed as a victory for the Palestinians.
The vote was taken shortly after the U.S. ambassador to the U.N., Nikki Haley, issued a strong warning to states who support the resolution — reminding the UNGA of the financial aid Washington provides to both the U.N. and many member states.
“We will remember it when we are called upon once again to make the world’s largest contribution to the United Nations,” she said. “And we will remember when so many countries come calling on us, as they so often do, to pay even more and to use our influence for their benefit.”
Even so, major U.S. aid recipients including Afghanistan, Egypt, Jordan, Pakistan, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Tanzania and South Africa supported the resolution. Most of these nations are Muslim. Egypt received roughly $1.4 billion in U.S. aid this year, and Jordan about $1.3 billion.
Trump has long complained that the U.S. shoulders a disproportionate share of the U.N.’s financial burden. “They take hundreds of millions of dollars and even billions of dollars and then they vote against us,” he fumed.
More disappointing for the U.S. was that the resolution was sponsored by Turkey, a NATO member and a traditional Islamic ally of the U.S. in the Middle East. NATO was founded in 1949 by the U.S. as an alliance against the defunct Soviet Union.
Saudi Arabia, other strong Islamic ally of the U.S., also voted against Trump at the U.N., in spite of the fact that in his first international trip, Trump gave all preference to the Saudis, by visiting first Saudi Arabia, and leaving Israel in second place. Trump made a US$ 110 billion sale of military equipment to Saudi Arabia — which the White House said that it was the “largest single arms deal in U.S. history.”
Although Democratic and Republican presidents have long affirmed that Jerusalem is Israel’s capital, Trump’s declaration to move the embassy to Jerusalem on Dec. 6 was the only step to put into action decades of non-official recognition.
With his pro-Israel stance and attitude, Trump, who may be a new King Cyrus, has surpassed all Democratic and Republican presidents.
Despite the U.N.’s condemnation, the Trump administration isn’t caving to international pressure.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu condemned the U.N. vote in harsh terms.
“Israel completely rejects this preposterous resolution. Jerusalem is our capital, always was, always will be,” he said in a video posted online after the resolution passed.
Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem triggered protests across the Muslim world and drew strong international condemnation, including from the Vatican, which has traditionally maintained a negative stance on Israel.
Brazil, the largest Catholic nation in the world, supported the Turkish resolution and voted against Trump and Israel. Even though Brazilian evangelicals are strongly pro-Israel, they are a minority in the population and in the government.
Key U.S. allies Britain, France, Italy, Japan and Ukraine were among the 14 countries in the 15-member U.N. Security Council that had already voted against Trump’s decision.
Trump’s courageous decision, which was influenced by his main electoral base of evangelicals, is a testament to the U.S. evangelical legacy, which is strongly pro-Israel. No other religion is closer to Israel than evangelicalism.
The United Nations, whose headquarters are in U.S. soil, was an original idea of U.S. President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, who had not for Israel and the Jews the same sympathy he had for Saudi Arabia.
The Bible, which was divinely written firstly in Hebrew, says:
“Pray for the peace of Jerusalem!” (Psalm 122:6a ESV)
There is no better way for peace to come than Jerusalem being recognized as the undivided and eternal capital of Israel and Jews, its legitimate owners and inhabitants, knowing Jesus as their only Messiah and Savior. Fervent prayer can achieve these two urgent results.
